I haven’t had a sandwich in a very long time since becoming gluten-free. But I was excited to hear that Jersey Mike’s has gluten-free bread. The man who greeted me was extremely warm, kind and knowledgeable and asked me if I needed help with the menu. He cleaned the surfaces, changed his gloves and used new utensils. I could tell he was educated on the proper procedure for gluten-free sandwiches and that made me so relieved! The restaurant itself was very clean as well. 10/10 experience I will come back.

I ordered their giant gluten-free turkey and provolone sandwich through their app. Also, when you create an account, you can accumulate points for rewards. The sandwich was made to my liking, and it really is a huge sandwich for one person. I saved the other half for lunch the next day. Upon pick-up I was greeted promptly by a friendly staff member. The store looked cleaned as well.

I just got my 3 sandwiches from this location and I’m never coming back. When I walked in there was no greeting or smiles (unwelcoming). Then the guy (white guy is the only way to describe him because he did not have a name tag on) told us if we want to order we have to go to the other side. Then when he started making my sandwich he put the bread on the counter bare without any paper underneath which is so unsanitary. When I asked him he just looked at me with a blank stare. That’s when I wanted to call a manager but it’s a Sunday so there probably is no manager. As the girls who made my sandwiches in the back were not friendly either or asked if I wanted anything else on my sandwich. They all looked like they hate their job. The sanitary concerns and the terrible service is why I am writing this review. I’m a business owner and I’d never have customer service like that or hire those kind of employees. So disappointed in this new location.

I’m from Arizona and my daughter told me to try Jersey Mikes it’s really good, but today when I went in with her the customer service was horrible. I’m visiting here and expecting people will be lively but none of the 3 workers smiled, or even greeted us. On top of that, they put my daughter’s sandwich on the counter without any paper underneath which is so uncleanly I was shocked. My daughter asked the guy to put something underneath but he didn’t do anything about it. I will never go here again. I request the manager to check the cameras as proof of what I’m saying. Sad to have such a place with really bad workers.

Sorry Subway, I regret to inform you of my desire to breakup I have been avoiding this place thinking it couldn’t be much better, and today I was proved wrong. My first visit to Jersey Mike’s included great customer service, super soft and fresh bread (this is what really got me), fresh sliced meat, and just overall deliciousness. I just wish they would have more sauce options because I hate to leave sweet onion teriyaki behind but I’m doing it regardless. Plus I love that they have sweet tea as a drink option!!

Don’t order online. We ordered for ASAP pick up when we were 15 minutes away, and we showed up (it was not busy at all) and it took an additional 30 minutes to get our 3 sandwiches. There was 0 line.
I’ve never seen slower service.
