Ordered a pepperoni and a cheese pizza. We were told there was going to be a 7 minute wait and were given a buzzer so we could wait in our car, no big deal. 30 minutes go by and the buzzer still hadn’t gone off. I went in to figure out what was going on and it seemed they hadn’t put in our order in the first place. No apologies, nothing. They just grabbed 2 premade pizzas out of the heater and handed them to us. We ended up being late to our evening plans.

Very disappointing experience. The pizza was not fresh at all—it came out hard and lacked the soft, warm texture you’d expect. On top of that, it had way too much pizza sauce, which completely overpowered the flavor and made it unpleasant to eat. Definitely not the quality I was hoping for. Would not recommend based on this visit.

The food tonight was amazing. I would not recommend hot and ready because its not fresh. But if you have them make a fresh pizza, they do such a great job.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with the service industry and I go out of my way to be nice.. I see this is common at this location. Needs new management and better standards for the employees customer service ethics.

My boyfriend and I have gone 2 times at this location and both times it was just nasty.. it’s dry and just doesn’t hit that spot that little ceasars usually does 🙁 I recommend just going to the little ceasars close by in Riverton so much better and WAY more fresh and actually worth the money.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. What’s Little Caesars slogan, that’s right “hot and ready”. They even go so far as to list the hours they have hot and ready from 4-8. Every time I go there nothing is ever ready. They either need to change their slogan or not be so scared of their bottom line that they actually prepare food to match their advertising. Once again corporate mentality only worried about their bottom line, rather than customer service!!!
