Walked in an hour and fifteen minutes before close, the worker was helping a couple and saw me walk in. finished their transaction and then just walked to the back and started doing dishes. trash service, trash worker.

I never have anything bad to say about subway. But this location changed that real quick. Now I love the convenience of this location being in Walmart but they really need to learn customer service. I had ordered 3 sandwiches and I was given glares every time I asked for something on my sandwich. I ordered one of them without any sauces and just veggies but this employee rolled his eyes when I said I didn’t want any sauces. Last thing is the bread was super crispy and very very flakey.

As usual they didn’t want to wash their hands after touching the screen for payment. We asked and the girl behind the counter didn’t think it was necessary. Not to mention when I said hey we asked you to wash your hands and they told me to tone it down a notch. Really your about to feed me everything you’ve touched all day. They both had black hair and one had facial tattoos. This is the second time we tried eating here their won’t be a third. send in a health inspector already.

Usually pretty good, especially if you’re waiting for an oil change. Most of the staff are usually in the back and not very active. Kind of skimpy on servings, soup was only half full for example.

Extremely disappointed with the service we received today. The two girls working were unfriendly, barely spoke clearly, and seemed visibly annoyed when we couldn’t hear or understand them.
When we went to order, we specifically asked for the $5 footlong nachos and were told “sorry, we’re out.” Fair enough — except as we sat in the restaurant eating, we watched both employees make themselves footlong nachos and head to the back to eat them.
It’s incredibly unprofessional to tell paying customers you’re out of an item and then turn around and make it for yourselves — and to do it right in front of us is even worse.
We were here on Saturday, June 28th at 2:00 PM. This experience left a very bad taste in our mouths — both literally and figuratively.

I ordered a turkey salad added pickles and cucumber and the turkey was rolled up and pickles and cucumber was just put on the salad i called to say something about it and the girl that answered the phone said. Yep, that 1 girl does it that way and she puts a knife in there for you to cut your stuff up yourself and she just laughed it off very rude of her i would say . I won’t be ordering from here again worst experience and salad why would I have to cut my own stuff up that is there job I don’t want to give this place a one star it shouldn’t get that much credit

I went here Saturday night(10-26-2024) with my son around 6pm. We came here to get a quick dinner since I was working all day and needed to take a quick trip to Walmart. There was 2 ladies working that night and the lady who made my food was very unprofessional. I didn’t catch her name but she was the younger lady with darker hair. She acted like she was in a hurry and wanted nothing to do with working there. I get it working sucks but at least show some professionalism. She threw our sandwiches together and I mean she basically smashed our sandwiches together with everything we wanted.. I asked for both the sandwiches to be toasted and she literally threw out sandwiches in the toaster and slammed the toaster door. Everytime I asked for something to be added to my sandwich she seemed annoyed. I tried hard to be nice and kept saying thank you and sorry but she just didn’t care. She was super rude and her customer service sucked. When I finally sat down to eat my sandwich it was so messy and falling apart. Yes I order a lot on my sandwich but I have the same thing every single time I go to subway and I never had it soooo bad where I literally couldn’t eat it as a sandwich. It was thrown together and smashed and everything was falling apart. I love subway but will refuse to be served by her again if I ever see her. It was awful!!!

Today I went in and grabbed my lunch that I ordered for pick up and when I opened it there was 2 blonde hairs inside the sandwich so I went back up to the counter and asked someone to remake it for me, the girl working there was so rude. She acted like she didn’t see me standing there with the hairy sandwich in my hand so I went up there and asked her to remake the sandwich and I told her what happened and she just gave me so much attitude and didn’t even apologize for the hair that was very clearly hers. I tried being nice to her but she literally just handed the new sandwich back to me very rudely without saying anything.

Subway did it again. Consistantly good food and great service. But, once in a while, someone in the food service industry surprises me pleasantly with their ability to rise above others with excellence, especially in engaging and delighting customers. Such a person is Kristin at the Subway, at Walmart, in Nampa. What a gem and a great representative for Subway.

My girl and I went here this afternoon and it was amazing. We didn’t catch her name and the receipt only shows number 2224, but Holy crap she was amazing. So friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with helping us decide what to order. She made our experience amazing!!
