At Reidsville–Two of us wanted the salad bar and after checking it out, politely asked waitress if it could be refilled. She did the lettuce. Only few crumbs of ham, egg, some other items, missing a dressing, no crackers, frozen looking slimey tomatoes. Waitress said she put the tomatoes out herself THIS MORNING, IT WAS 6 PM…..
Waitress said theyd been busy so no time to replenish salad bar. Almost believeable except at one point all 4 employees stood together chatting…..someone could have been chopping vegs for the very sad bar. And we were only ones inside eating.
Then the tiny 6 in plates, not bowls or something you could have a decent salad on. But carryouts got a big deep dish bowl…twice size of little plate of us eating inside.
Then no prices on menu..lol….we had to keep asking cost of items to see what we wanted as I compare prices before ordering. Dont plan on wasting my money there again. Shame as it used to be nice place to eat.

Not many pizza huts have buffets since the pandemic but this one does still and it always pleases each time I go here for the buffet. For an affordable price and a variety of pizza and salad options, it’s perfect for lunch. Not only the food is great, the employees, notably Shanti and Brandi, go the extra mile to attend to customers.

I guess this is what we call taking pride in our job? On top of our order not being ready when it was promised. People ordering at a window when it plainly says you can’t do that, which resulted in my family having to physically go in store to get our order instead of being able to use the drive thru because it took 20+ mins and we still weren’t able to get to the window. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered a thin crust meat lovers extra cheese with a note to put toppings under cheese. The toppings were not under the cheese and didn’t appear to even have extra cheese. Sauce was not spread properly most of it ended up at the outter edge of the pizza. Toppings were center loaded. I used to be a cook at the pizza hut in eden about 10 years ago and I would never had let that pizza leave the store, I would have instantly remade it. The middle of the pizza was dry due to lack of properly spreading the sauce.

Made my purchase $27.81 yesterday. Then my card was charged $5 more today. Like I had left a tip. Definitely did not leave a tip. Waiting to hear back from corporate as to why I was charged the extra $5 on a different day. Will update once concern is addressed. Corporate reached out, said they were looking into it. Requested a copy of my receipt.

Went after dark, parking lot was super dim, inside was so dim I thought they were closed. Boneless chicken was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Employees didn’t acknowledge customers at all. Ordered bread sticks and the sauce cup came only like a 1/4 full of sauce.

This pizza hut has really gone down hill. Used to be pretty decent. Food takes too long, employees are rude, and food is marginal at best. Will go to Papa John’s from here on.
Update. Decided to try this Pizza Hut again since it’s been almost a year. Worse than the last time. Absolutely disgusting. Supposedly a stuffed crust pizza.

When I ordered it was super easy. Got to the location, was a very nice location, clean and very friendly staff. I was informed I was missing a pizza which took 7 mintues to get. The only issue I had was I was missing my sauce that I ordered about 5 dollars worth. Customer service handled it nicely and gave me 10 dollar store credit the next time I go to this location, which I truly love. They are one of the best locations I have went to.keep up the great work.

Total skimp on toppings. Ordered a personal pan with pepperoni and mushrooms. Barely any cheese, and literally 3 pepperonis and 2 mushrooms… I basically paid for bread and sauce. Total fail, and I do not recommend.
