This experience really stood out. I placed a mobile order and waited until the app said it would be ready at 11:51 before pulling through the drive-through. When I told the employee I had a mobile order, she sighed and, in a dismissive tone, said, it’s still in queue. Pull up to the window and we will get to it when we get to it”
I completely understand that things get busy, but the tone and attitude felt unnecessary. When I pulled up to the window, I wasn’t acknowledged at all until my drink was handed to me. I even apologized to her and told her I didn’t mean to upset her, which seemed to catch her off guard.
I usually have positive experiences at Starbucks, which is why this was disappointing. A little kindness and communication would have gone a long way. :/

Me and my husband came in tonight and the cashier was so rude to us, literally rushing us to order. And then when I handed her the bill to pay, she said she couldn’t take a fifty and that I was going to get small bills back. Money is money but the point is, have good customer service. Jaylynn was the best!!! She was understaffed as shift lead/manager and still went out of her way to talk to us and make us feel at home. We love her! Give her a raise!!!!! Also the drinks and stuff were super yummy

There is something to be said about the convenience of Starbucks. With them being everywhere, it makes it a reliable source of consistent drinks, which is a boon for plant-based individuals. For instance, I ordered myself an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, which comes vegan by default. It’s always nice to order from a place without needing to adjust! The drink itself is a nice blend of sweetness without sacrificing the coffee flavor completely, which is something I prefer in my coffee beverages. That little bit of blonde roast you can taste on the end is the perfect note to keep me moving at work. Definitely would recommend on a hot day!

If I could give zero stars I would! I have been coming to this location for years. It feels like they make the drinks wrong on purpose there. And if you ask them to remake, you get a attitude! God forbid you do your job correctly that you signed up to do! If you hate it there, go somewhere else! Plenty of jobs! And if you place your drive thur order to soon, they get a attitude about it. The old lady in the drive thur yelled at me for getting in line to soon. Today I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and got the wrong order! Drink was absolutely horrible! $15 in the garbage! And please, the chick with the beard, either shave it off or put on a hairnet! Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary! I won’t be back. I’ll take my money to the one on Calumet.

We went an hour before they closed and were the only people there. I got an Iced Coffee with almond milk and vanilla. The cashier tried to charge me for a latte, and gave me an attitude when I asked her to fix it. That’s like a 3$ difference, and is a big deal. I paid, and when I got my coffee, they forgot to put the vanilla in. So I had paid for the vanilla, and got a plain coffee. It’s one thing if the business is busy and makes a mistake, but to give attitude and mess up the only order you have at the moment is crazy. We were also in a rush so I hadn’t realized it was messed up until we were a ways away.
