Every time we come it takes forever and you’re ours think it would by really fast if you did a pick up nope just as long and they have all these workers and still take forever and the workers are lazy and just stand around

It’s been a while since I’ve had any issues, at the west side location, until the last couple of visits. Once it was because we weren’t given all of our order, it happens. But today… we were left sitting at the pickup window with no one at it for well over 5 minutes. Our drinks were visible when we pulled up, and we watched someone place our food on a rack and walk away. 3 employees standing in plain sight and not one addressed the fact that there was no one at the window or acknowledged our presence. Seems like mostly front-end issues because the other employees are friendly and right on task.

Patty at the window has wonderful customer service skills and my food was fresh and ready instantly. I travel a lot and I go to McDonald’s frequently and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They all deserve a raise.

Every time I’ve come through this drive thru it’s always a disaster. My fries are always reheated and hard and just plain disgusting. My kids will be missing the main course of their happy meal. No straws for our drinks even after asking. Paid for fries twice just to get fresh ones. So tired of not getting my order correct or even tasting decent from this location. Never coming back.

This McDonald’s is consistently a factory of sadness. Ordered a Big Mac, and they didn’t have all of the components to make said big mac. Someone made a judgment call not to enlighten me but rather just give me my sandwich, and I would be none the wiser. I live 7 miles away, so it’s not a quick turnaround. With the exception of Tom, the dumpster fire starts at the top and in almost magical fashion has a cascading effect on the rest of the workers there.

First walked into order and it was still breakfast time. Stood there for about 10 minutes and nobody came to the counter to wait on me. So I walked out. did more running and came back after it had changed to lunch and went through the drive-thru. I ordered a Big Mac and fries. The fries looked like they were three days old and so brown and the Big Mac had no flavor with no sauce.

Update: Still a joke and never get order right.
I went through at 4 o’clock and then they told me they closed after I made my online order pick up. They told me that they would cancel the order and not charge me and I can go over to the other one. They then charged me. I called them and they said they would call the order over to the other one. 30 minutes later they did not call the order over to the other one and just straight up lied to me and have no idea what the hell they are doing over there. If I had an option to give negative stars it would be the worst possible that I could give I would stay away, it’s pathetic.

The lady at the drive-thru window was about the only pleasant part of this. She was so nice & beyond patient with me & part of my indecisive family (the ONLy reason this got a 2 – she actually grts a 5-plus. Give that lady a raise!). Ok, look. We all already know – nothing good comes from a trip to the Golden Arches. We all know we will feel sick afterward & question our sanity knowing this & going there anyway. That being said – we had quite a few people to feed, so we had a pretty wide variety of items we ordered. The fries tasted like they were refried for the 3rd or 4th & sat under a heat lamp for about 2 or 3 hours prior to that (& maybe even after). The burgers were the same – like they MAY have been edible at one point, but then they went to Fast Food Purgatory known as the Heat Lamp/Warming Trays as well. I think it would have tasted better if they froze whatever they cooked earlier, then microwaved it, rather than serving something that was so dry that no amount of ketchup would help. Last, but certainly not least – my Big Mac. I don’t ever expect perfection from here (not this location in particular, as this was the 1st time at this one). However, when someone orders something with no pickles, never forget there are those few like me who know the difference between a sandwich made with no pickles & 1 that the pickles were taken off of after the fact, then served. There is no reason I should have tasted that much pickle juice on my sandwich if there were none to start with. THEY STILL TOUCHED MY SANDWICH – & that sits on the border of no redemption. So please – for the love of “2 all beef patties, special sauce, lettce, cheese, pickles, & onions on a sesame seed bun” – stop sending everything to Fast Food Purgatory. Get rid of the heat lamp & warming trays, or at the very least, stop depending on them to keep food warm & edible, especially with the fact that you now charge over $10 per person to eat there. It doesn’t work. It not too late! I believe you can turn it around with a little effort & a can-do attitude! You just have to apply the effort. Make the food fresh instead of mass cooking a bunch of random things, then letting it sit all day “keeping warm”. It. Doesn’t. Work.
