Hopefully it reaches the right management, but the three working the drive-thru tonight on 12/10 were very helpful! My order did get lost somewhere between the speaker and the window, maybe just with how busy it was or an issue with the system itself, but they were quick to make it right and guy at the window was very apologetic so I can’t be upset about it. The order was right in the end

Chocolate shake was handed to me with chocolate layers not blended in and chocolate on the outside of the cup. When I asked for another one I was told it was fine. After I insisted they replace it with a vanilla shake they said it would take a while to make the replacement.
The other vanilla shake was good, but they lost my business with their poor customer service.

The restaurant was clean and quiet. I ordered takeout in which it took me about 5 minutes to pick up. The food was okay but borderline not. I ordered the chicken tender basket. As soon as I got in my vehicle and pulled off. I started eating because I was super hungry lol! I was disappointed because everything was lukewarm, almost cold, and it was not fresh. The side of gravy which was really hot which made the chicken tenders edible with dipping. The fries and bread was a waste because reheated fries and bread is a NOGO. The spicy queso was not spicy at all and it was super thick. Out of 5 stars for the food I would have given it a 2.5 if such a store existed. If it wasn’t for the traffic and the fact that I had to be somewhere else at the time I’m more than likely would have returned it for a replacement meal.

I got a cake from there today and the middle Ice-cream was missing we called and they said they would get us a new one free of change when we got there they tried to charge us 16 bucks for a replacement we offered to bring the other cake back but they didn’t except and still tried to charge us never going there again. By the way we have been going there for years to get the cake no problem until today.

Watched the car in front of me be handed two blizzards. Then watched them go back inside the window and be handed completely different food. Obviously they had been given the wrong order before and sent it back. When I got to the window and was handed the same sized blizzards with crumpled and sticky napkins I asked if they were the same ones and was met with an attitude that I even asked. When I asked for new ones to be made and told the employee you aren’t supposed to redistribute food that’s been handed to other customers I was met with more attitude. Not even an apology was given. I tried to get the managers attention from the drive thru (I was literally waving like a crazy person) I was completely ignored.

Ordered curbside and when I arrived, the phone was “off the hook” so I had to walk inside to get my order. After waiting a while some kid came over and I had to show him my order twice because they couldn’t find it. Finally he brought me my order and when I arrived home, 2 of the the burgers were prepared wrong (1 plainer and 1 no peppercorn sauce) and the kids won’t eat them so it was just a big waste of money. Also, no ice in the drinks. The email confirmation says to call the same number as the curbside number and it just says no one is available. I should’ve just burnt a $50 bill because this DQ is horrible and apparently doesn’t care about their customers. We will never be back and only live 5 minutes down the road.

I ordered a large Blizzard from this dairy Queen drive-thru. They handed me a cup of melted ice cream and I didn’t realize it until it overflowed out of the cup and spilled into my car. Can your employees please tell me if the blizzard machine or ice cream is not good right now? Terrible

I wish I could leave negative stars. I have a wheat allergy and my husband went in and asked if they could make their traditional ice cream cake (vanilla, chocolate, with a layer of fudge in the middle) minus the cookie pieces. They said yes and we picked it up. When we cut into the ice cream cake, the whole thing was chocolate with a layer of cookie crumbles in the center, which obviously I cannot eat. My husband called, but no one answered the phone and their mailbox was full. He drove back and explained the situation and my allergy, showed DQs own photo of what it was supposed to look like, and they apologized and said they’d make another one and refund us. Great! He drove back up at 9:30 pm and picked up the ice cream cake. We cut into this one, and the whole thing is brownie ice cream… full of wheat brownie pieces… no vanilla, no chocolate, and no fudge. So, I never got a birthday cake and my husband wasted two hours driving back and forth. Absolutely insane that they couldn’t make a cake just minus the cookies. Twice.

I just moved here, and absolutely love Dairy Queen. I was excited that there was one nearby, while going through the move. I stopped at this Dairy Queen three times total once a week for three weeks. First time I went I got my blizzard with a lid on it, which I thought was strange because they usually took it upside down at the location. I am coming from, once I opened it I understood why I didn’t, it was extremely runny and melted. I thought maybe it’s the machine, but then I go back a second and a third time And it is the exact same. I have never had a solid ice cream blizzard from this location. It is runny and melted like a milkshake every time. I will not be returning to this location.

The Drive Thru is more faster than going in through the front doors. I’ve seen people wait minutes while the people who are in the Drive Thru wait seconds and are gone.
The Food is Fantastic, Couldn’t expect better.
The Inside of the Restaurant is Amazing, Near the Restrooms they have Dairy Queen’s History posted on the Walls! Can’t believe Ice Cream used to be 10¢.
