This was the worst experience at Burger King I have ever had soda machine was not working right wife tried several options and the syrup was out in ever selection so she got a coffee but they said they did have any made and it would take a minute to make some it’s a cold day today and no hot coffee come on really!!! So she ordered an ice coffee tasted like old and not good at all.We order chicken nuggets they were flat and tasteless, got the new bacon cheddar nuggets they were cold and tastes old, fries were not good either we ordered them with no salt figured they would be hot and fresh nope not even close. I’m afraid to try the whopper. Management need to get their standards straightened out we will never stop there again. Hope some reads this and takes this seriously.

Manager on days first name Kyle . The man is amazing. It looked like he was definitely short handed and he was performing jobs that usually take three people. I was served with a smile in very quickly. I had just came from McDonald’s where after sitting in the drive through for more than 10 minutes I left and came here to Burger King on north side of Jasper Indiana. I must say whoever he has working with him today is also putting in an amazing team effort!!!

I’ve always had great service when I come here and the people are always fantastic. Unfortunately I was shocked that they were still open late into the night in the middle of a snow storm as i drove past on my way home. While I love the food and the atmosphere I don’t think I want to spend my money at a place where the company puts making a buck over the safety of it’s employees. Sad to say I’ll never spend another dime at any burger king location again. As an EMT I see way too many accidents in this kind of weather because people were forced to go to work when they shouldn’t. (I made this account just so I could put this out there for everyone else to see) Have a blessed day and everyone stay safe out there.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone stopping at this particular Burger King. They were not busy, food was not fresh. The chicken nuggets was the worse I have ever had anywhere. The fountain drink machine didn’t seem to have enough syrup for the few options that I tried. The cheesy bacon tots were gummy and cold. French fries were also not fresh. They had no hot coffee, so I got a ice coffee instead and it tasted like day old coffee and was less than desirable.

I went to order Burger King food from here for the first time in a couple years. The food was okay. But the manager was a little cold to us customers. Not rude but not cheery and nice either. I believe her name started with a c. I’ll never come here again. You just lost a customer for good.

The new steakhouse burger was completely cold bacon was almost raw mushrooms tasted like they come out of the walk-in refrigerator cold. The bun was all mushy. The french fries were cold.

10/10 love this store to be exact. Customer service is top notch. They always ask if I want a crown. They are always smiling and having a good time. 100% recommend. Plus their #1 combo just hits the spot.

Went there at 11pm several nights for food for work…… Several times I’ve gone there to be told…. They are out of meat….. They didn’t make enough earlier and are out of burgers for the night!!! And they don’t want to dirty the kitchen to make more!!! I won’t be back. Three times driving to the Northside to come back empty handed and empty stomach……. No thank you.
