I recommend not ordering on Fridays. 30 mins extra it took for my pizza. Stacked lobby and no where to sit. Thought the least the lady could do was give me the garlic cup for free but nope. I usually have no issues but wow was this horrible!

I am so greatly upset with the quality of this location. And all of that is because of the attitude of an employee named Q. My husband ordered from here earlier this week, they were so disrespectful and rude towards him when he came in to pick it up. He didn’t mind the 45 minute wait but a little compassion would be nice. I understand it’s just pizza, but man talk about unprofessional. Definitely won’t be returning, guess I’ll just go to Domino’s or Pizza Hut from now on. Honestly just anywhere with nicer people.

No problem with the service, but the food sucks. I’m not sure why the dough is different at this location than every other Little Caesar’s, but after eating half a slice we agreed to throw two pizzas away. Flavor is just… off. Unpleasant enough experience that I will not ever order from Little Caesar’s again (loved the pretzel crust, but this made me feel sick after a few bites and now the thought of repeating that scares me away). Get it together guys!

I was completely blown away with the level of customer we received tonight from the crew on white settlement. Q’s was absolutely amazing. Thank you, guys, and keep up the great customer service!

We stopped in at 8:23 pm. There were 4 ppl ahead of me and no cashier in sight. It’s crazy because I made # 5 of just waiting. My order was taken at 8:38pm. Mine you while I’m waiting. I’m observing that the workers in the back are playing around. Two girls walk by with whatabugers eating, place it on a rack, and every two minutes run back to eat and take a look at their phone,no gloves, no hair net. The lady at the front told the guy before you leave at 9. All the trash must be taken out. He stopped doing the food and started to clean up. Everyone was trying to make sure they cleaned up, and the customer had to wait until they were finished. All the pizza orders were backed up. I was there for 48 minutes waiting on pizza for the pizza to burn and dry. Ppl that came after me got their pizza before me. The cashier kept saying, “I know yours coming.” I was extremely irate, I said lets do Dominos, nooooo they wanted lil Ceasars and still couldn’t eat it.stupseeeee. Ppl kept coming, and she kept saying some of the staff are leaving by 9 and the pizza is going to be 30 to 35 minutes. Then again, this is LiLCeasars. What do you expect!

What a remarkable experience. I entered and saw a lady smiling and expressing gratitude to the clerk for her pizza. I approached to place my order, and the young lady named Q displayed a very friendly and professional demeanor. I waited in my vehicle, expecting a brief wait, which it was but to my surprise Q delivered my pizza to my car. WOW!. The pizza was hot and exceptionally delicious. The service was exemplary. This was my first visit, and I will only get my pizza from here now. The service was prompt, courteous, and outstanding. Thank you, Q!

This location seems to be a major training hub for new employees. You seem to have a new face every week.

Ordered the extra most bestest Italian sausage. The pizza hardly had any sausage. We called, someone picked up but clearly they purposely left the phone off the hook for a while, then came back to just hang it up. We called again several times and they just didn’t answer. We had to drive back to the store and then they made it so difficult just for a simple refund.
