I’d forgotten what a good fast food burger should taste like until I stopped by here today. McDonalds and everywhere else always gives you cold, sloppy burgers. Everything we got here today was hot and fresh like it was made to order. SO GOOD! Service in the drive thru was fast and friendly. Their spicy chicken burger was awesome too!!

Terrible service at the drive through. They only focused on 1 of the 2 drive though pull up, ignoring the second one. The tea was spoiled and they gave me sweet instead of unsweetened. They reprinted the receipt instead of giving an original with the code for BK reviews.
They also make you wait in between windows to cheat their wait time system.

Only been a few times but they mess up my order almost every single time. Staff is cool and friendly but the kitchen can’t seem to follow simple directions. Have it your way more like have it their way, whatever they feel like on a given day.

Ordered dinner here. Wanted zesty sauce for my onion rings, cause that’s what makes them delicious! Even PAID for extra sauce but do you think I got any!? NOPE… Burger was all ketchup and to top it off the fries were cold. Literally you have ONE job, make freaking food and put it in the bag. It’s not that difficult.

Don’t know who the younger kid is that works nights, but he needs to be retrained. SEVERELY. He has trouble taking simple orders and seems to be all over the place. Keeps you in the window talking to you for way too long. I think he has good intentions (maybe) but I should not have to repeat my order twice and still get items wrong, and I should not have to stay at the first window for more than 5 minutes having weird conversations. I wish him the best but I do think his performance needs to be reevaluated. Food is pretty good though!

Worst service I have ever encountered.
I reviewed their menu online, including pricing, before arriving to place my order. When I got there, the General Manager, Zita, informed me that they would not honor the listed prices simply because they were online. This was not a digital promotion—just standard menu pricing.
In addition to the pricing issue, her attitude was extremely dismissive and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be returning.

Im going to be reporting these employees to corporate. In order to avoid a long wait time on their internal timers theyre asking customers not to pull up all the way to the window. If I would’ve ever tried that crap I would’ve been fired. These people want 15$/hr but refuse to do their simple jobs correctly. And furthermore there was not a single napkin with my order. Save yourself a headache and go to culvers.

Let me start by saying, I do not have a car as of right now. I ride my bike to and from work. I love Burger King a lot and there is not another Burger King for quite a ways from here. So since it is close to home I still stop here. At the end of the day, the food is top notch, the restaurant is clean, but the staff, especially the managers give off the worst unfriendly vibe. I either catch and attitude especially from the managers give off. They look at me cause I’m all sweaty from a very hard day and choose their place of business to spend my hard earned cash and enjoy lunch. The customer service is terrible. The managers are just radiating bad vibes and the rest of the staff follows suit. It’s a shame that I like Burger King enough to endure these unprofessional haters cause no one should have to feel like they aren’t wanted somewhere and Thats how the vibe is. Worst management team on the planet. Ive trained many managers and I know. Our customer service is below a zero it’s laughable.
