This jack in the box is not 24hrs I came by at 2:04am on a Saturday morning and the guy working said it’s closed because he’s the only person there and he was just twiddling his thumbs. just close it down! what is he even there for? He wasn’t even cleaning or anything this is very disappointing because it’s the only jack in the box in La Porte there wasn’t even a line for him to turn down customers. I’ve seen people run a fast food restaurant at night by themselves it’s not impossible there was no excuse just lazy put someone who wants to work night shift on night shift I’m calling corporate tomorrow morning

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I will let the pictures I took speak for themselves. Not to mention they NEVER EVER pick up the phone. And Yes the tacos are green and leaking brownish red grease.

The tiny tacos and egg rolls were surprisingly very good and cheap! And there were plenty of tables available. The Coke Free-style machine was very easy to use.

i can NOT make this up.
i had the breakfast burrito this morning and mid way into eating i ate took a bite and felt something hit my tooth….. i immediately spit out the food and there was a SCREW !!! full on screw in my food…. im a pregnant woman and this to be the most hazardous thing ever…. how does this even happen ?????? i called them right after and the person that answered said he was sorry and that he doesn’t know how that could happen and he didn’t know what to tell me … he told me to come in and they could compensate me ….. UM no thank you! will not be eating at the location again. so disgusting.

Very disappointed I am a loyal customer of this location and never had a problem until today. Ordered a teriyaki bowl the only thing edible was the frozen egg roll that came with it hard to mess that up I suppose. The bowl was inedible the rice is just a big bowl of mush the broccoli was brown and looked as if it had been cooked days before it was served. Logically I realize most of this food is frozen and reheated my only guess is this was made for the rush over the weekend not used and saved to be served to me today. Will never return to this location.

Apparently this location thinks it’s ok to put whatever they want in your bag since what they put in is the same price of what I actually wanted anyway. At least according to the lady answering the phone. Then acted like she didn’t want to answer if they had what I PAID for. They need to hire ppl that actually care. Rather go to the one a few miles away.
