Elevated Q was born from the concept that barbeque is art. Old school basics such as Texas Brisket, Carolina Pork, KC Burnt Ends and Memphis Ribs are the foundation of our modern menu. Bringing the best Chefs and Pitmasters together and using locally sourced ingredients we have created a truly elevated experience.

The bestie and I found this venue after watching a great for a show by That 80s Band.
We walked over and were immediately greeted by the manager and hostess. The look and decor of the restaurant was very modern and the smells wafting out of the kitchen were heavenly!
We were sat in a large booth in the well-sized dining room. Our server came right over and told us about specials and took our drink orders.
We went over the menu and got fried green tomatoes and bestie got their chili appetizer.
Our cocktails came out…I can’t remember what I ordered but she had a peach cobbler inspired drink. It was too sweet for my taste but it was delicious.
For our entrees I got the pulled pork sandwich and she got the fried chicken sandwich. Both came with crispy salty fries. Everything was so good!
Our server was great about checking in on us but allowed us to eat. The manager even came over again to see how everything was.
We were far too stuffed to eat dessert but I was momentarily tempted because they had some yummy sounding ones.
Absolutely a must try restaurant in Westminster!

Wow, I understand why the place was empty. Bartender was the only server they seemed to forget we were there. I had the 1/2 pound of brisket (not even close to weight) was tender but entirely flavorless also cut as thin as a sandwich from Arby’s. The French Fries had 100% more seasoning and flavor than the brisket. Needless to say i wont be going back, and do not reccomend the restaurant either.

First of all, the service here was incredible, very friendly and very fast. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t quite as good. It was very dry and didn’t have a ton of flavor. I enjoyed the fried pickles, but the pork on my sandwich was very tough to get through. Not a terrible place, but they’re a better barbecue establishments nearby.

We did not have a good experience at all. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The staff was totally unprofessional, cussing, talking to each other loudly more than tables, ignoring drink refills until we had to yell over the bar to get them. Taking our order from the bar and not the table we were at. Not to mention the pushing and asking if we wanted shots at least 5 times while we were there. The brisket was terrible and dry. We will not be going back. I will say the cheese fries were good and the draft beer. Lots of regulars there having drinks at the bar, looked like they loved it. So I suppose it is just preference! The food runners also were great! They should have been the servers.

Elevated Q nails it. The Mile High Sandwich with hand-cut fries was a knockout – stacked, crispy, and full of flavor. The bartender was awesome, super personable, and made the whole visit even better. Hit Happy Hour here and you won’t be disappointed – great prices, great food, and fast service. This place just has the right vibe.

Good food! We went as a small group and had the sampler with tons of meat options, some tasty sides and a pretty incredible cornbread. The portions were hefty and the sauces paired perfectly with everything. I highly recommend the brisket and the brussel sprouts. My only note is get some fresh menus, ours were all stained from sauce and drinks. Good spot, give it a try, tons of options and a good Happy Hour with food and drinks.

Nice restaurant. We stumbled upon this place on a Saturday night in the Orchard shopping center. We were amazed at the excellent food, friendly service, cleanliness and atmosphere. We will absolutely be back. It also felt great to support a privately owned business, as opposed to one of the corporate giants in the area.

From start to finish, our experience at Elevated Q was phenomenal. The brisket? Melt-in-your-mouth perfect with a beautiful bark and smoky flavor that hit every note. The tacos were stacked with flavor, and the grilled toast was the sleeper hit of the plate.
But what truly elevated the whole afternoon was the incredible service from our bartender, Tim Allen Smith. His energy, knowledge, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. The drinks he crafted were top-tier—balanced, bold, and exactly what we didn’t know we needed.
We sat outside, enjoyed the vibe, shared every dish, and left already talking about coming back. If you’re going, ask for Tim, and don’t leave without trying the brisket. You’ll thank yourself.

I see there are other reviews that say this is not good. However, my husband and I decided to try it out as we were walking by the outside patio, we asked a couple what they thought, and they said, ” Delicious.” We had the same experience!! It was early Sunday afternoon, and not many patrons. The service was excellent. Our waiter was just awesome. I love how all the staff works together. Our food was fabulous!! Everything tasted fresh. You must try the bowls with the jalepeno cornbread and the most amazing honey butter…. Yummm . We will definitely be back. Pictures worth a thousand words ✨️ Our tab was $68.00, not bad for 3 meals and sodas. We took a bowl home for our daughter, who said it was excellent
