The food was decent, however the lady in the drive thru at 2:30pm today was really rude and had no customer service. She stared at me the entire time I was checking my bag, I had to ask for sauce that she didn’t give me. No thank you, have a great day, smiles, anything. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t be friendly to the customers.

I went in yesterday about 4:30. I ordered some gyros and fries. The woman at the register actually had a great personality. When she gave me my order she also warned me that the fries were just cooked so they would be hot. Great customer service. The best I have received anywhere in a long time.

We ordered our food, we’re at the window and I’m not sure what the workers name was but she was a black woman, she had a colorful scarf on with a high pitched toned voice. When we got to the window we tried to give her our coupon because we forgot prior, and immediately she had an attitude saying that we have to do that at the menu in an extremely rude way and she kept denying us and when we were respectful trying to understanding what we did wrong she kept talking back and saying you guys can js go it you’re going to hold up my line.

Customer service in the drive thru today was insane. It happened to start down pouring so I could not hear the lady over the speaker.
