The food smells good and looks good, but unfortunately it lacks flavor. The dishes are very mild and could use much stronger seasoning. With a bit more ingredients and without trying to save a few cents, the food could be much better.
I don’t understand how a wonton can have almost no filling, or why the sweet sauce is so watered down. These are basic details that make a big difference. Why the chicken pieces are so small? Why the fried rice doesn’t have fried eggs neither meat?
Once again, disappointed with an Asian food restaurant in Fort Collins. On top of that, impossible to read what they wrote on the boxes , which only adds to the frustration.
There is potential here, but the flavor just isn’t there.

Ordered some take out the other night. The spicy and sour soup was just sour with no peppery heat or chili heat. Not sure if it’s because I ordered it with no extra spicy selected on the site? Back home hot n sour soup comes in hot as default so I assumed I didn’t want it more spicy that the standard. The pork fried rice, I ordered because the image on the site showing fried rice with chasiu pork on it. The order came with regular pork pieces only. The fried rice itself was just standard, can do a little more flavor instead of just soy sauce. The egg rolls!!! This is the best part of the order. It was definitely the saving grace of my dinner. The wrap was crispy and the filling was delicious and plentiful. I liked it so much, I got couple more the next day

Great, clean restaurant with good prices & options. No dessert but on harmony road close to other places!

It was ok. Their lunch menu kind of sucks and the food was pretty subpar. On top of that, they removed everything from it that my partner and I had gone specifically for. No orange chicken, general Tso’s, or sesame chicken. I didn’t recognize anything that they had left on the lunch menu as what you would normally expect from a typical Americanized Chinese food restaurant. It just seemed kind of weird to remove all the biggest items from the menu for (seemingly) no reason.

Decent meal here. Liked that the place looked and felt really clean. No grease on table, seats or condiment bottles even though restaurant appears to have been around for a while. Food was ok. Egg roll was not part of the lunch set but was nice and crispy. Hot and sour soup was ok; a little too vinegary for my taste but may suit others just fine. The Szechuan green beans and chicken was pretty good. Beans were nicely blistered but I do wish they had trimmed the ends off. The food felt quite aggressively seasoned so I’ll try to ask for low sodium next time.

I have been eating Hunan for many years. It used to be one of my family and I’s favorite spots for Chinese food. Unfortunately lately the quality has gone down and the taste is different than it used to be. I normally get sesame chicken, fried rice and cheese wontons. I picked my food up for pickup this last Monday and got very bad food poisoning from it. Unfortunately my family and I will no longer be eating there.

Sesame chicken was good, fried rice was good, soup was a little salty. Unfortunately, the lo/chow mein was cooked with canned mushrooms (why even add them?) and it make the chow mein taste off. Like sour? 🙁

Always hot and freshly cooked. Kind, quick service from longtime servers. Best Spicy & Sour (Hot & Sour Soup), complimentary hot tea if you ask for it. They never disappoint. My only suggestion to the restaurant is that it is time to update the interior. The booth seats are worn out and uncomfortable. It doesn’t stop me from coming back, but it would be a very welcome improvement. ✌️
UPDATE: Went in this week for lunch and there are now new booth seats. Thanks for the improvement.

Delicious Chinese food! We tried the wonton soup, egg drop soup, fried dumplings, crab ragoon, General Tso Chicken, and Honey Walnut Shrimp. We would have enjoyed more if the dumplings had more meat inside and the crab ragoon had more crab meat. The pineapple in the Honey Walnut Shrimp dish were large. Smaller pineapple pieces would have been nice.
