I go to this store at least twice a week because is really close to my house and because I like Jack tacos… I always Ask them to put tomatoes and also I always helped them with speed.. They stopped me or send me back and I never complain… But today who ever did my tacos they refried them ..wr extra burned and crunched I wasn’t able to eat it. I called and the lady didn’t want to give me her name just told me come back tomorrow the manager will be here. She insisted that they were fresh… I started eating them right after drove off from the store.

OMG I GOT MY BREAKFAST AT THIS LOCATION TODAY AND THE FOOD IS SO DAM FRESH AND GOOD, I have ate at so many jacks and I’m not a fast food lover , but let me tell you , this location is fast , and the food is so good , they keep the oil clean , you can taste in every bite I will definitely come back to this location get combo number #10 some mini churros and the salted caramel coffee ☕️

Exactly what I ordered. Was right the first time. Lady that took the order could have been a little more pleasant. When you ask someone to check their order and something is missing on their end and not your don’t get snappy fix your equipment so everybody sees the same thing.

Do not come to this restaurant, constantly messing up my order and is missing either condiments, napkin, or food. Also, bad attitude when you ask for the missing item, they make it seem like your inconveniencing them. On April 8 was the last straw, I ordered a meal and nuggets then went home, I looked inside and I was missing the nuggets. I called the place no one would pick up. I wasn’t about to drive far to waste gas and go back out in the 90 degree weather. So I place a complaint online on April 8 for them to contact me so I can explain in detail what happened. Now it’s May 1st, ample time to get back. The worst part is that the price for the meals went up as well as the minimum wage for the employees, BUT THE SERVICE DID NOT IMPROVE. WHY SHOULD ALL OF US BE SUBJECT TO HIGHER PRICES IF WE RECIEVE BAD SERVICE. THIS DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. I do not recommend this place.
Update 6/19/2022. No response back from this specific location. Will not return here anymore, especially for high prices and bad service.

I experienced incorrect change twice. The first time, I drove away, then checked the change, it was short by 10 cents. The second time, I checked my change, it was short 10 cents.
When I bought this to her attention, she said she dropped it. I don’t think so. It seems to be a pattern. So check your change before you drive off. Love the food! 07/25/21: The food is very good and fresh. They have been very accurate in both food and change.

I saw this place as I was stopped at the light, and it had a drive-through, so I thought I’d grab a quick snack. I sat in the line for about 5 minutes and it didn’t move, so I parked and went inside to place my order. I got the Loaded Tiny Tacos, the new Roost Fries (spicy version), and an Oreo shake. I expected the Tiny Tacos to be, as the name suggests, tacos made in the same style as regular tacos, but smaller. What I got was 15 mini taco shells with meat in them thrown into a box, and in the box between them was some lettuce and melted cheese. It tasted good, but it was a mess to deal with and not what was advertised or expected.
The Roost Fries were good, but overpriced. A small box of about ten fries with a couple quarter-sized pieces of chicken was $3.50.
The Oreo shake was very refreshing.

Brought my brother to lunch, and despite of this place being so busy after a wonderful dodger win last night and us fans to enjoy a free Jumbo Jack, I wanted to thanks ALL staff for the gentle and kindness even working under pressure moving none stop still having great attitudes and common courtesy. While waiting for my order, I saw one employee blowing her nose on the way out the kitchen to the nearby restroom, and another employee grabbing chicken tenders & deep-fryer handles with her bare hands (no gloves). This place needs a surprise health inspector visit. I went somewhere else & got food.
