This was delicious. Service was awesome we had a lovely lady named Angel who was on the ball. Helpful suggestions and constant refills.
My husband had the bourbon salmon and I had the huge pork chop. Was so happy to be able to add the all you can eat awesome salad bar for only $1.99 extra in place of 1 of my side dishes. I of course love their grilled zucchini, yumm!

My server, Daniel, was very nice and helpful with the menu options. Even though I ordered a mere five dollar burger, he went above and beyond to serve me like I ordered a fifty dollar burger. The great staff and food is why I keep on coming back.

Seemed like they were understaffed. Service was OK, but not great. A party of 3, and they couldn’t bring all 3 meals at the same time. I had the crispy shrimp platter. Which was just fair. The hush puppies were mediocre. And the shrimp was anything but crispy. The batter tried to be tempura, but was almost soggy. Best part was the cocktail sauce, which had a nice kick to it. And my wife always wonders why she gets a tepid reaction from me when she suggests Ruby Tuesday.

Was pleasantly surprised. I only went because of a coupon and credit card rewards, and my expectations were pretty low. Everything we ordered ended up being delicious and the salad bar was very fresh. Their fries are also very good and my chicken was juicy and full of flavor. I would definitely go back.

Great salad bar. Service starts off great then we were forgotten. Brought out a few cold meals and then lost 1. Former coworkers meet here every year because it’s centrally located. And you can order a glass of wine with the meal

The salad bar has been revamped somewhat over the last year. I like the new options on it. It has always looked fresh and stocked when I’ve been there.
My steaks have always been cooked well, but I often go with a friend who prefers her steak rare and it’s usually overcooked so she sends it back. The servers and managers are usually pretty patient with her requests.

Good food for good prices and kind and friendly staff, our server Erin was very nice and attentive. But oh my goodness they really need to do something about the cleanliness of this place. The smell when you walk in is horrible, it smelled like overflown toilet and perm solution. However, the bathroom wasn’t overflown and didn’t smell when I used it… the floors were dirty and food was squished and stuck onto the floor. Lack of cleaning and horrible odors really ruined the good food and nice service.

We were transient in the Cleveland Hopkins Airport area, while traveling. We went to this place because we were unfamiliar with the area and the chain…. Our server was great! However, the atmosphere and food felt like we were dining in a Greyhound Bus Station. My salad was OK. A companions steak was a hockey puck, not ordered well done. She could not eat it. I paid 100% of the tab for a dinner that the chain got 25% correct. Never again Ruby Tuesday’s. I have often seen your signs. I will not be fooled again.
