As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I felt like the only white person. Tried to give my order and some guy kept turning speaker on and off. He didn’t speak well enough to understand him. I told him I don’t understand a word you said! He reacted in anger and another person took over a rude woman. Got order thru it in trash and got out of there. No place for good people. To bad the food use to be great. The hospital doesn’t recommend this place.

I usually come here during the day but tonight I really wanted my favorite chili cheese fries which usually never disappoints. When i approached the window to pay tonight me and my wife was the only car in line so I asked the gentleman if I could add a caramel sundae to my order but if not I was okay if i needed to go back through but when I asked he rolled his eyes and snapped his fingers with a attitude as he looked the other way with a loud grunt. So I told him Nevermind and drove off. Do better checkers for customer service because this is not the first time!

Life lesson #1247. If there are dozens of flies at the order window and around the tables, then there will likely be flies inside your hamburger!!
We had to eat in the car because there were so many flies. I ate my first burger and upon inspecting my second one, there was a live fly chowing down on the tomato inside the burger!!!! I have no idea how they could assemble the burger and not see that. I have pictures. Needless to say I lost my appetite, returned the hamburger to the window attendant, and left. The other problem is the first burger was barely warm. Can’t beat the price though, if you can stomach the flies.

Checkers really did their thing today. I visited at 10:17am 7/13/25.
The customer service was outstanding. My host was Kenyotta, she was so nice. My food was so good. The most crucial part is my drink was filled to the top with ice as I prefer keeping my drink crispy cold during a hot day. The coke was good. Wasn’t flat, odd flavored or anything. It was perfect. Thankyou for the good service today.

The food was amazing, its literally the only place ive ever ordered something and it looked like the picture and tasted amazing. The lady working was very polite as was the young man who came into his shift while we were there.. the atmosphere was a bit dated and whomever owns this one should put a little renovations on it and it would look great.. Just a little TLC
