This café is such a gem! It has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The breakfast is excellent, fresh, delicious, and always served with a smile. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. A perfect spot for a cozy morning meal. Highly recommend!

Busy Sunday morning and still I was able to find parking ️ and did not have to wait to be seated.
I was able to sit a table available of my choosing.
Ruth the waitress was very professional and curtious with a smile. Always checking on tables if they are in need or satisfied with their food.
Staff was making sure there was always cleaned tables right away for the next party waiting.
Food seems to be expensive where ever you go, so the meal still was under 20.00.
I was surprised at the negative comments on the review, because that is not what I experienced.
I highly recommend this place for breakfast .

Over the years, my family and I have visited this restaurant several times, and I remember it being decent when I was a kid. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was very disappointing. I ordered the chicken-fried steak with home fries, a biscuit, over-medium eggs, and a French press coffee. The chicken-fried steak tasted freezer-burned, the coffee was lukewarm, and the home fries were clearly frozen and completely unseasoned.

My wife ordered hash browns, eggs, bacon, and sausage. The hash browns were bland, and both the bacon and sausage were rubbery. One of my daughters ordered an omelet without tomatoes, but it arrived with tomatoes and was greasy. My other daughter ordered blueberry pancakes and stopped eating after three bites because they upset her stomach. To top it off, the men’s restroom was closed.

When we spoke with the new owner, instead of addressing our concerns, he defended the use of frozen, unseasoned food—claiming that’s what customers prefer. Unfortunately, this experience ensures we won’t be returning.

A stroll away from the hotel just admiring the surrounding mountain view oh so serene led me to this cosy cafe that can be easily overlooked. Causal atmosphere strategically place 4 seated tables in the middle. The staff takes pride in making sure tables and chair sanitize wipe down after every customer. The booth was taken at the time and I was disappointed… Don’t like airplane middle seat for the same reason seating too close for comfort and the customer coughing at interval behind me made me feel really uncomfortable. The large pancakes with maple syrup and orange butter on the side I could not eat it all. It was well-done not burned… Happy customer. Depended on what you order, the people who came behind me serve first. Fresh fruits was a welcoming tasty treat. Potatoes the local rave about was ok the plus it was not greasy or salty with avocado on the side. A little disappointed no turkey bacon or vegan. The orange juice was a little acidity which was easily diluted in water. If you have a healthy appetite, and passing though, then this little local gem should be on your list to check out. The real deal for less than $20 bucks breakfast that is satisfying.

Dog-friendly & Toddler-friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us on an early Wednesday morning with an outside table even though they don’t normally set up the patio on weekdays. She said they were happy to help, but that they wouldn’t usually have been able to do the full setup on a weekday. Standard diner food. House-baked dog biscuits. Thanks Real Deal!

Today I sat at the bar and ordered what I always order: a cup of coffee and those potatoes. Oh my god, those potatoes. I can’t even so hard, I’m at odds. They are cheesy goodness, and they *never* skimp on the bacon.

The staff is always friendly and quick to refill my coffee. I highly recommend Real Deal to anyone who loves tasty diner food.
