I came through the drive thru tonight and the young Asian man helping me was so polite and kind. Also the food was really good tonight. I know people are so quick to post negative reviews these days and for good reason as most fast food places have rude employees who can’t get your order right. This Panda is doing things right. Tried to get take out via drive thru the other night. They changed to an AI order taking thing, which was barely tolerable but accurately took our order. The voice was flat and harsh.
The 1-star part is that the AI voice insisted repeatedly that we move forward when there was a line of cars in the drive through, screaming at us every few seconds non-stop. Rolling up the windows helped but it was so loud and piercing that we drove off for our sanity.

We decided to stop at Panda Express for dinner and were very impressed with their Kung-Pao chicken. Not only was it reasonably spicy, but it had an interesting twist in that the chicken was smoked. Joshua was also helpful and attentive and did a good job in helping us.

Stopped by Panda Express around noon to grab food for my crew we’re hungry painters on the go, so it was awesome to get in and out quickly. Brian the manager was amazing! Super friendly and on top of everything, and his team was just as great. Super organized, helpful, and the customer service was spot on. Really appreciated how smooth everything went. Be warned that this location has an automated AI drive through ordering process. It severely got my order wrong and there was no way to correct it. When I got to the window I was able to give my corrected order directly to the manager and he was very professional, patient and friendly. The other person working the window was also great. My food was hot, fresh and delicious. One star deducted for the not ready for prime time ordering system.
