I usually don’t do things like this; however, today I was so disappointed with my 2 sausage and biscuits for $3.00, that I felt the need to put Humboldt Wendy’s on blast. This is ridiculous. IJS ! This was tossed in the trash, real quick, because I had saved it to eat, when I returned home. I went to the drive through window and was told that they were out of jelly to go with my sandwich. I didn’t return to the restaurant because I live 6 miles away.

First visit here I grabbed through the drive through and enjoyed it during a night shift. I decided to dine in today and regret it. This place was filthy. The line looked pretty well maintained but there is no way a lobby should be this bad. Luckily, they had a nice little patio area which is where I decided to sit and enjoy my lunch. The burger was well assembled, the fries were decent and the chicken nuggets nice and crispy. I’ll personally never eat here again because of the filth but once was bearable. Even the drink machine looked like it hadn’t been wiped in a month. Wasn’t busy and definitely wasn’t over staffed.

Did a mobile order for lunch and went to pick up at drove through. The line was long and the service was slow. Employee didn’t even say anything when she handed out my food. Got back to work only to realize that my burger was cold and undercooked. I couldn’t call them because I am back at work but there is no other way to contact them. Even on the app there is a place to click live chat, yet conveniently is doesn’t work either. Pay attention to your food when you order here. They’re going to make someone sick.

Update 12/4/22 The service was fair. I had one order of 3 different combos they put eachbone in a seperate bag. However, pictured below is the baconator burger that didnt have very much bacon, and the other one pictured is a bacon cheesburger with less than a half of a piece of bacon crumbled on it. The fries were just meh. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food.

Look. I rarely post a review. but this is ridiculous. Ordered the saucy nugs and it looks like they opened a pack of sauce poured it on there and called it good. Dude on the mic sound like he was being to made to work against his will. If you can’t do the bare minimum of your job, find something else.

They are super slow. Brought a Strawberry Chocolate Frosty and had it Doordashed. 2 dashers came an left for this order. 3rd one actually got it. It took an hour to get and it was melted when arrived. House is 4 minutes away.

The people working your nights at this location are an absolute joke. There were two people continuously on their phones while I waited at your drive through window; and three having the time of their lives laughing while I watched them not doing their jobs. The staff screwed up BOTH of our sandwiches and shorted us our bacon that’s supposed to come with our sandwiches. They put tomatoes and lettuce on the wrong sandwiches. We literally had to remake our entire sandwiches based on the ingredients that actually came on our sandwiches. Please get your night crew to do their jobs and get off their phones and pay attention to what they are doing when I am spending my hard earned money on your business. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m the other hand, day shift is absolutely amazing and rarely messing up my order. I’m assuming that’s because the manager is there.
