Horrible service. I went through the drive through to place an order. The old woman working the drive through was EXTREMELY rude to me. Unprovoked. So I told her to give my money back. I pulled in and filed a complaint along with placing my order. The old lady saw me and made up some lies to cya herself. The woman at the counter then refused service. Go to McDonald’s they have better food and service anyway. The old white lady was at the window, zonetta was at the counter. Id love to hear from corporate/ownership. As a business owner myself i expect humility and kindness from my employees.

Had an order for delivery. Driver was waiting almost 20 minutes on them to make a few hamburgers. I used to work at a Burger King and I can’t imagine why it would ever take that long to make a small order. Then after I finally got my order and was about to eat it there was a black hair on one of my sandwiches. Also the fries and onion rings tasted a little weird. Not sure what’s going on back there.

Sorry Tiffany but the 6 7 at the window in the morning is so cool but when you order so close to lunch and nothing ready she gets a poopy attitude. I dont appreciate it one bit. A lot of other breakfast choices. If you serve breakfast until a certain time it shoukd be available until that time. No excuses. She need to fix that grill too lol

They messed up someone’s order, right before I ordered the manager said he would make her another sandwich…. He never did and then 30 minutes later when she started asking about it they called the cops on her. All she wanted was a sandwich that the manager said he would remake for her.

Bobbi and her team are always great to us. Her customer service is top of the line, she really cares to ensure customer is 100% satisfied. The restaurant is always clean, my kids love the playground and we get our food hot every time.

Just watched Bobbi the store manager turn down someone ranch with their order because it cost 30 cents, and they already paid. She is never friendly, always high strung, and also asked a girl turning in an application if she had fast food experience. It’s an entry level job that does not require any exp. Place is a joke. She also handles the register and goes straight back to handling food.

Tiffany is a terrible worker. My boyfriend asked for a cheese whopper and two ladies were taking his order because they are incompetent and still messed up his burger, he goes back to ask for cheese and they hand him a slice of cheese, he asks for it to be done in the back and they tell him no, he then gets told he’ll get a number for corporate and a business card of said girl and didn’t get either. They didn’t give him a refund or his burger back after discussing everything so he paid for a meal that he didn’t even get to eat. Worst place to come don’t come here.

Something was going on and we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Had an online order that the fries were missing from, extra cheese (that we paid extra for) was absent and the root beer tasted off.

Came to put a bad review about Tiffany but it seems like everyone came to do the same thing.. why you keep people that rude and incompetent in charge is beyond me. Will be contacting corporate about the horrible experience I had at this location.

This Burger King has joined a list of fast service restaurants where they are implying that the only two sizes the meal is available in are medium or large. It adds to the confusion that McDonald’s default size is medium. So when you order a meal that is priced as a small, which you have to read the fine print on the screen and hope that the screen is on that rotation, they say “in medium or large”. I’m certain their franchisee or management team is teaching them to say this as an upsell for more profitability, but it’s dishonest. I just don’t understand why we have become a people obsessed with sneaking stuff past others.
