The best experience my husband & I have had here in a long time! We normally go through the drive thru, but took a chance to sit down here. Glad we did!
First off… The caramel malt my husband had was NOT runny! It has been a long time since he has had one that wasn’t runny!
Both of our burgers we tasty. My cheese curds were good.
I appreciated the ladies checking in on us as we sat & ate our meal. The gal who delivered our food to our table made sure my husband’s malt wasn’t runny and that my blizzard passed the upside down test.

The food was really good until I got 3/4ths of the way through my Berger and found a short thick black hair that did NOT look like head hair. My brain immediately went to worst case but it could have been beird hair or other body hair, I’m just leaving a review to say, be more careful with body hair around food. (Not intended to sound rude! Genuine warning to the workers) but other than that good service, great fries. Nice place.

I order blizzards here every now and again. I would say about 50% of the time I go here the ice cream is melted, watery, and not very cold… other times I go and the ice cream is perfect; ice cold and solid; this is the best experience where one can sit down and enjoy the flavors without rushing to eat it in a hurry before it melts even more. Please be more consistent with the temperature.
Edit: so I came back today to another melted ice cream…. Is it so hard to make sure the ice cream is cold while I wait behind 3 cars? Don’t you have a temporary freezer for the customers waiting in line? Unbelievable.

How dare you. You literally ruined my father’s last birthday. We called you multiple times with the writing for his birthday cake, read it back to you several times and you still managed to ruin the lettering on the cake. To the employees who wrote on the cake you should be ashamed of yourself. How hard was it to write words on a cake correctly. It’s absolutely disgusting and you all should feel terrible for ruining a dying man’s birthday cake. We deserve a refund in full. Absolutely shameful.

The only reason I am giving this place a 5 star is for the young man who is at the counter at this moment having to take care of everybody. His name is Loysen. The female who was cooking with a feather tattoo on her neck, was totally being rude to him while he was trying to take care of I who was delivering and people who are also coming through the door. Worst Dairy Queen I can think off. Always understaffed and new employees. Bad management it seems. Had to drive away from ordering after waiting 10 minutes just to order. I’ll never be coming back to this one.

This is usually a great location but today it was understaffed for the lunch hour and no management present. To start with it took about 5 minutes to order. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food and the food sat for another 5 minutes or so in the window getting cold before it was served. Also had ice cream that was half melted when served and it was not served upside down or it would have ran all over. Very disappointing visit for a usually great place.
I also scanned the app for a $2 discount I had. The register never revised my total and the cashier seemed confused why it didn’t work but didn’t have a solution to resolve it after it scanned.

Waited 40 minutes for cold food then got my sandwich and it didn’t even have pickles on it which I requested. Then I got the ingredients in a box to make my own sandwich. If I wanted to do that I would’ve went to McDonald’s and paid way less for the same service and food.

3rd time in a row I’ve had issues here in the last couple months. Ketchup packets are covered in something sticky, missing part of the order for the third time in a row and everytime I call and leave a message I never get a call back, soda machines seem to always be out of certain flavors, and the cups of ranch never have above 1/3 filled. Very displeasing.

Drive through is painfully slow 20-30 minute wait. To make matters worse we didn’t get the blizzard that we ordered. I was supposed to get peanut butter blizzard with cookie dough. I was informed there was no cookie dough so I ordered a different blizzard. We leave the drive through and it’s the peanut butter blizzard with no cookie dough and not the substitute we were supposed to get. I used my rewards for this blizzard and I got scammed. Very disappointed and would like a refund of my points.
