I live 5 minutes away, didn’t get my food for two hours and I called them five times. They lied and said the driver was around the corner. Another lie. I tried giving them a chance because they had such bad reviews but after this I’m never going here again.

I went in today to get soup and dumplings. While I was waiting for my food, I saw two mice run across the floor. When I asked for my money back, I was attacked, Yelled at And had stuff thrown at me. I had to call the police to get my money back. I have video proof of everything I will be contacting the health department

Never order from this restaurant!!!
I found a STAPLE on top of the fried rice.
You would think it couldn’t get any worse – SURPRISE!!!
When I called to tell them about the staple in the food / they unapologetically offered to replace the meals under the condition that the two original meals be handed over to the driver. Of course I had no problem with that request / why would I want the food after that.
I then receive a rude phone call at 6:40 advising me of the fact that the driver is on his way with the new order and I “need to have the food ready for transfer”. He repeated the same message THREE times – I had to stop him when he attempted to repeat it for the 4th time / explaining the food has been ready since I reported the issue.
The driver finally arrived 30 minutes later at 7:10. I live .5 miles away!!!! A four minute drive!!! Ridiculous
My order was over cooked / dry and disgusting. $35 into the garbage can! Couldn’t even enjoy the meal!!! Ordering a pizza now!
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HUNAN AGAIN.

If I can add 0 stars I would ! This place is the worst Chinese food store I ever encountered in my LIFE I ordered my food at 2:00 and got my food at 3:30 and I live literally 2 minutes away ! When the guy got there he kept insisting I give him a tip and I didn’t have cash so I said no he then proceeded to throw the food in my face and the paper in my face so I walked to the store to bring the food back and get my money back and they made it a big thing saying they won’t give me my money back they will definitely be hearing from my lawyer !!! DO NOT GO HERE

I spent over $80 with tip for delivery because it came recommended as top rated on Uber eats. Unfortunately we were not able to eat it. We ended up having to throw everything out except the Seseme chicken because everything else was horrible. It took over an hour to get here and we were starving and it was horrible. I don’t ever write reviews but when you spend that much money for two people and you have to throw everything out you have to let someone know.

I had dinner with my family today and ordered seven dishes from this Chinese restaurant: fried chicken wings, sesame chicken, green pepper beef, cheese wontons, fried dumplings, seafood, and Singapore fried rice noodles. The portions were generous and the taste was great. Surprisingly, this Chinese restaurant also has desserts. I ordered passion fruit green tea and taro bubble milk tea, which tasted great. I will come here often to order such delicious Chinese food in the future.
