Not a great experience this evening. I love the Cajun Fries and since the portions are so generous that’s usually all I get. I ordered a regular order of Cajun fries. When I got them they were plain fries. Not a problem, I asked if he could turn them into cajun fries for me. Instead of taking the fries out and tossing them in the seasoning he handed me a cup of the seasoning. I told him I would be eating them while driving and asked if he could just toss some seasoning in and shake the bag since I didn’t want to risk the bag busting in my car. Based on his body language, this request was tantamount to asking him for one of his kidneys. He dumped a giant amount in the bag, gave it half a shake and handed it to me. Only about 1/3 of the fries ended up being edible.

Pretty pricy and I’m not sure why. A small value meal is 14 dollars. The peak unsweetened ice tea is funky .. not real tea. It is nice that you get to add all types of toppings. I thought they used to give you peanuts but I didn’t see them there the last time I was in

Not properly staffed. I walked in there last night to get some food at This location. And I was told that they were really backed up and they couldn’t even take my order. I stood there for about five minutes and walked out. it was a really not fun experience because I love five guys burgers and fries.

If you want a good burger done right this is the place to go! Got a burger all the way and it was super delicious. Fries were over flowing the container and were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was nice and clean. While you wait they have free peanuts in the shell.

It’s good. I still can’t get over the prices at so many fast food places, like this. But at least here, you get a great burger and fries for the price. Although, $12 for a hotdog for my daughter who doesn’t like hamburgers felt a little extreme. I can buy a package of dogs, buns, cheese, a jar of relish and a bottle of mustard for the price of one hot dog here. That’s more than beyond a little ridiculous.

Top tier. I appreciate a place that appreciates quality. Common complaints from people are: This place is overpriced. For me, you get what you pay for. This stuff is always top notch. And even if you order ahead of time, they don’t drop your fries until you arrive so they’re always fresh and made to order. The bacon is always crispy off the grill. The staff is always friendly and hard at work!
I wish every restaurant was this way!!! Only downside is no curbside option, or I would eat here a lot more. Or an order pickup drive thru.
