If I could give Zero stars I would. I do not eat fast food often but when I do I expect my chicken tenders I ordered to at least look edible. Not sure if they dropped it on the floor or fried it twice burning some but idk they don’t even look right, idk what they did to this poor chicken tender . It almost looks burnt but it’s Grey not black (burnt). Burnt I could eat but this, no ma’am. Fries was cold and chewy like they’ve been sitting since noon, it’s 2pmish. $9.33 smmfh Never again. Don’t even want to bother the drive thru lady with the lack of expression and care. She may want to check her head set too, after asking me a question I half understood, I answered and she kept saying huh huh huh cant hear or not professional. Now my lunch is ruined and $9.33 gone….. o but the Sprite was on point ♀️it hit the spot on this hot day.

This place is never open when it is supposed to be. They need to change there hours to 5:15 or 5:30. The short skinny older white woman needs some customer service lessons. She act like the people paying her wages are a nuisance to her! If it weren’t close to my house I would never go to this Hardee’s again, just because of her. On a side note the brunette lady in her 30’s-40’s that work the windows sometime is a delight to deal with!

I opened the door to enter the restaurant this morning only to be greeted in the most bizarre and absolutely rude way. An employee sitting at the booth closest to the door, possibly on a break, rose up and started approaching me with his hands up and mortified by my presence, as if I was pointing a weapon at him. He kept inching his way closer to me with his hands up. Severely confused, I asked the woman employee if the lobby was open to which she rudely replied, Yes, the lobby is open. All the while, out of the corner of my eye, I notice the gentleman employee getting closer, still with his hands up and a terrified look on his face and repeatedly saying, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry!” The food I ordered, paid for and my change was given to me, missing only the drink cups. A second female employee came from the kitchen with a smug and disgusted look on her face. Still, I asked for some BBQ sauce and, for a second time, my drink cups. My friend took his cup and got his drink, but I had no time, because the smug employee with a horrible attitude said that she was closing the lobby until they got more customers to come in the lobby. She said, “Pick a door, you need to leave!”
We walked out the door she held open for us, as if she insisted we caused them some sort of grief. For nearly 30 seconds, I simply asked why this was happening to us, and why couldn’t I get my drink that comes with the combo I ordered?
“There has been to many problems in here, please leave before I call the cops on you,” said the absurdly rude 2nd woman employee.
So we politely walked away, careful not to say anything to further escalate this absurd and bizarre encounter at Hardee’s on Electric Rd, Lakeside – Salem, VA.

Orderd 3 frisco breakfast sandwiches an order of hash rounds and biscuit and gravy. One Frisco sandwich didn’t have egg , others didn’t have ham ; hash rounds were soaked with grease and taste stale . Everything was stone cold and not worth eating half of it .

Food is good we went through the drive through for breakfast. Took about thirty minutes waiting in the drive through. We asked for ketchup and mustard at the window and the drive through speaker. Didn’t get it in the bag with our food. We go in to get it and had to wait bc there’s nobody behind the counter and just left without because the service sucks. ♀️

I Demand my rights to be upheld by my legal right! I went in to use their restroom and was immediately yelled at while being followed to the restroom with being told to leave that bathrooms were for paying customers only. I have been a customer here for years, so in lou of policy I bought a drink and then went to the bathroom where I was to find out there wasn’t any tissue in the stall and went back out and informed them of this and they did not service the restroom for me to be able to use it. And were soo rude to me.

It was September 24th at 11:00 a.m. when I went up to the counter to order food when, I saw a worker walk over to the fry station where they keep all the fries for everyone and she picks up one with her bare hands, eats it and while eating it is taking my order. She was Ginger, a little heavier set. That’s really disgusting. Food safety is obviously not a priority here

No hash browns with the breakfast platter. I asked for extra bacon and paid for extra bacon and didn’t receive it. The lady working the drive through looked at me like I had 6 heads when I asked for cream and sugar for my coffee (I had already told her when I ordered) and rolled her eyes after I asked for the second time after she said HUH. I was so so polite, please and thank you’s the entire time. This location used to be good, but no longer is. This is the 3rd bad experience I have had here. No one answers the phone either, any time of day.

I went for breakfast and ordered a Chicken sandwich tom and Mayo combo and everything was just so good even the tea! Whoever made the biscuits keep making them and the young lady behind the register gets it done!
