Stopped for lunch and we were not disappointed. Started off with a beer sampler and a tasty cider. Hubby had a pound of wings. He said they were very good. I had the Ranch Chicken sandwich (I didnt remember to take picture until after I ate first half of sandwich) and was very pleased with the flavors.

Amazing personal-size pizzas—perfect for being selfish and not sharing with the people you “love.” The salads are shockingly good and priced like they actually want you to order one.
Feeling bold? Get the Nacho Libre. Feeling very bold? Get the full size—it’ll feed you and your family, or just you and your poor life choices.
They’ve also got killer wings, a build-your-own taco board, and the legendary SMOKEJUMPER: thirteen ounces of smoked, seasoned tri-tip glory. Yes, thirteen. Yes, it matters.
Add baked sandwiches and a new Korean rice bowl so good it’ll make you slap your mama (lovingly).
The point is this: come here. Spend your money. You’ll leave full, happy, and ready to dominate the rest of your day like a well-fed champion.

Such a good place to stop after a long road-trip. I loved the decorations. It was fun to watch the pizzas being made up front.
I got their blue cheese salad. It was SO good, and you could probably just get the medium because the large was VERY big.
We will definitely go again next time we’re in Soldotna!

Hand-tossed pizza and an extensive selection of salads found at a brewery on the Kenai Peninsula. Great stop for hungry travelers.

The food was five star! Loved it. We tried the pepperoni pizza, but especially loved the chicken ranch pizza and brewers bread. Yum! Took off a star because the waitress never came to fill up our waters or anything. We ended up paying for our food with cash but it’s really annoying that they charge 4% if you use your credit card!!

Super great crust on the baked sweet Thai wings. Slightly burnt and caramelized sauce but the meat was tender. The flatbread cheese steak had a ton of good onions and stuff – sorry forgot pics of the wings they went to fast

We stop here every time we get out to Kenai, always a great spot for dinner! The kiddos especially love it, and I never hear any complaints on the food from them, any parent can appreciate that!
Be ready to play ‘I Spy’, there is so much to look at. I see something new every time. Again, the kiddos, I Spy keeps them busy and gets us all off the phones and smiling.
Thanks St.Elias for making our evenings fun and full of laughter and food!

Great beer. Loved the blueberry island girl. Sat outside. Was busy on a Monday for lunch but staff did an excellent job serving our table of 10! Pizza was delicious.

St. Elias Brewing is an absolute must-stop for amazing food, great beer, and an all-around good time. Their pizzas are incredible—perfect crust, awesome toppings, and always packed with flavor. Pair that with their top-tier, in-house brewed beers, and you’ve got one of the best dining experiences on the Peninsula.

The staff is always on point: friendly, fast, and really dialed in, even when the place is slammed. And yes—sometimes there’s a wait, but it’s totally worth it. Between the atmosphere, the food, and the craft brews, you’ll be glad you stayed.

St. Elias Brewing never disappoints. Whether you’re grabbing a pint, a pizza, or both, you’re in for a great experience every time.

We like coming to this brewery because it has a special vibe and interesting decor. From stained glass to flying pigs and mermaids, always something new to discover. Our kiddo loves pointing to different things he sees and taking us about them.
The service was ok, if not a slow. We waited forever. Expect at least 2 hours or more here.
The food is the real reason we come here. 11″ personal brick oven pizza that has you craving more. They use flour to coat the bottom crust instead of cornmeal, so there is no need to worry about my corn allergy. Plus the options are unique and interesting. I just wish that it wasn’t so pricey and that they would switch our the flavors more often.
