This Taco Bell location needs major improvement. I ordered a chicken chalupa and most of the toppings were lose in the bag. Then the chalupa had very little anything in it. And the sides of sour cream are a rip off only partially filled. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location and I ask myself why do I keep going there? Very sad place to go. And the guy at the drive thru has no business being on that task. He doesn’t talk or greet or anything. Just rude.

Location is super clean but most important the restroom are super clean.
The employee helping me was very polite and food always fresh they don’t make it until you order.

This evening I made an online order, and arrived 15-20minutes later. While waiting in the lobby I ordered the grilled cheese nacho fries. The nacho fries came out 5-10 minutes later, so I asked “what about my other order?” The employee rudely replied ” I only got that order” (the single order of grill cheese nacho fries.) I said that I should have an online order as well. After trying to locate my order they began preparing a new one. Literally 30 minutes later my order was “finished” at a glance I saw that an entire meal (one of three) was missing. I waited maybe 2 more minutes to receive my missing meal. I was relieved, thanked the employee, and left. When I arrived home I realized that there was no meat on any of my order! 2 burritos, 2 chalupas, and a crunchy taco all missing their primary ingredient. +/- $20 and roughly an hour spent on an extremely basic order. I am not typically a person who complains, but this wasn’t a simple mistake. This was staff blatantly refusing to provide purchased goods to customers that were being very friendly and patient.

Pretty bad just all around. Service is usually horrible and you have to wait forever to talk to anything especially when they are the ones who messed up your order and you’re trying to get it remade. Definitely recommend just driving to the one on the other side of town, its much better.

Oreded a cravings box and a few other thing and over half of the ordered food was wrong. Included in my craving dox was the sorryest excuse for a 5 layer burrito with the smallest amount of liquid cheese for that it sapost to cover and glue the outer layered tortilla to the inner one !

This is a good location compared to many. Albeit the menu is extremely outdated, you will get good food and service here. Dining area and restrooms were clean. Soda fountain clean too. Sauce packets sporks and napkins were stocked well.

This store is hit or miss on the food. Some days it’s edible, other days it’s really just trash. However, the employees that work the window are always polite and fast. If they got cooks that cared a little, this would be an excellent location.

I ordered a tostada and the only thing in the box was a flat shell. Not another item on the shell or the box. You have lost a loyal customer. Furthermore, I’m going to tell everyone that I know and talk to about this. Here is the kicker, I work in customer service and have a ton of connections. This is completely unacceptable. They are very lucky that I cannot post a picture.
