When ordering from door dash our order is wrong every time and they have the audacity to say that’s it’s the drivers job to fix the issue. Thats not how that system works. It’s not up to the driver to eat the mistakes of the restaurant. They don’t get paid to make two trips figure it out BurgerKing before I run you down to a one star and get your establishment shut down.

Truck broke down here and as my boyfriend tried to fix what was wrong at the Autozone there, which was great, I got us lunch Food was great! Service was ok at first but the manager saw where the lacking of service happened and stepped up to the plate. Pun lollll anyways I don’t like fast food but this Burger King was Good

Ordered a single Bacon King at 1:30 pm. Little to no cars at the restaurant, Patty is undercooked. Along with the Bacon, service was extremely poor. I’d advise seeking other restaurants for better food and service.

This place restored my faith in humanity. I had a terrible experience moments before at a “sit down” burger place in Tomah… Terrible customer service and little organization. The evening was so bad, in fact, that I immediately left and saw this Burger King. The customer service here was tremendous. They were running behind on my burger, and told me, and made sure my onion rings were fresh- Best Burger King in the state, hands down.
