I ordered buttered chicken and the chicken was very spicy. It was so spicy I couldn’t eat what I ordered. I asked if there could be more cream added and it didn’t change the spice level at all. My thought is that the chicken for the tikka masala is also used for the buttered chicken which causes an unexpected and undesirable spicy level to the buttered chicken. The rice and garlic naan bread are amazing! The food was lacking. Service needs training. Atmosphere is fine. Not sure I would return again.

Been holding myself back from writing this review for a long time, and I know there are hundreds of people who order Biryanis from this restaurant – if the Biryani is not fresh, at least give us a decent Salan (gravy) to salvage the Biryani, man. Why is it always 90% water?? Everyone knows the small box you give isn’t even enough for a single serving. I didn’t even get a 1/2 egg in my Biryani like one usually does. And you call yourself “Hyderabad” Hub. It should go without saying that Biryanis are the one thing that you need to get perfect!
Obviously, it’s impossible to replicate Hyderabad’s authentic taste in food, but you do know very well that this isn’t the quality or quantity for typical Hyderabadi Biryanis. I know you guys can do better.

The food was good the service was bad.
The atmosphere was a business that just started.
When we walked in it was obvious there was no AC, it was hot, as if to give the India experience. I wish there were ceiling fans to complete the experience.
A small restaurant shoved into mall commercial rental working with what they have and not trying very hard.
I asked for a goat dish and the server said, “No goat until after 8:00(pm)”
All our dishes tasted good. Although mine as a bit spicy.
Server gave us glasses of water: no ice… room temp.
Guy seemed annoyed to service us. He did not like extra work. We have kids so we had him take a second trip to go get another soda. Dude that’s your job. It appeared to inconvenience him to give us take out boxes when we were done.
The guy barely spoke English which made the dining experience less than it could have been.

We recently ordered catering from Hyderabad Hub, and the experience was fantastic! We got Egg Fried Rice, Chicken 65, and Goat Curry, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
The service was outstanding. They even provided free delivery and a complimentary item, which was such a pleasant surprise. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received.
Everyone at our event loved the food, and several people asked me for the restaurant details because they were so impressed. Kudos to the Hyderabad Hub team for making it such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

I’m really disappointed because this restaurant has been my go-to for Uber Eats orders. While the food has been hit or miss in terms of freshness, it was never bad enough to warrant a review—until now. Not only did I receive a completely different order, but instead of the donuts I purchased (which are very different from gulab jamun), I was given Opollo fish—a far more expensive dish that I didn’t want.
I do appreciate their generosity with portions and extra side dishes, but this was my breaking point. I’ll be looking for another restaurant that offers spicy, family-sized biryani because, unfortunately, this just wasn’t worth it.

This is an amazing place. A small heaven for Hyderabadis. Their biryanis are close to Hyderabadi biryanis. Goat fry biryani is a must try. Chicken fry biryani was also really good.
Karivepaku chicken is another must try from the appetizers. Gulab jamin was good but could be little less sweeter. I didn’t like their mango lassi much. But everything else was amazing.
The staff here was very friendly and nice. Even before I get the food, we’ve decided that we’ll come back because of the service.

Tried this for the first time and had an underwhelming experience. Food is average, service is average and the prices are pretty reasonable. But the maintenance needs a lottt of work. We were given spoons on the table with rice from the other table on them, while giving napkins, the dirty receipt from the other table came with it. The packaging area is visible and is not a pleasant experience given the state of it. Definitely not a dine in place but given the prices and food, can try this as a to go place.
