This is a toilet in the men’s bathroom at Pizza Hut, Elizabeth City, North Carolina from a year ago. I haven’t forgotten. Have you?(# 9/11 ) I’ve been thinking about this for over a year and tonight you’re getting it cuz I can’t go to sleep .The entire dining room was stacked to the ceiling with folded pizza boxes ready for delivery. Not a single seat for a customer or a welcome or a buffet which goes without saying. But apparently by the appearance of the toilet they once did have a buffet. Not on my watch. Satan.

I have passed this place a million times and never went in so we decided to try it. first off 12: 15 in the afternoon not one car in the parking lot ( that’s not Good) Then we walk in it smells like musty old socks the girl behind the counter gives us a look like what do you want, No buffet was told the did away with it a year ago. BTW not one customer other than us in there. The food was horrible like eating cardboard . Not sure what’s happened to quality friendly service and cleanliness. First and last time we will ever go there. I should have read their reviews first.

Placed an order online, I noticed on the receipt it says entered by “y_web”…not sure who put that there or why but that was interesting. Not everyone has time to call or come in to place an order and wait for it if they’re in a hurry. Also, I added bacon on my pizza, both the pizza and bacon cheese sticks didn’t have any bacon meat but only the fattiest parts and the breadsticks hardly even had that but had a veryyyy thick layer of cheese so I just threw it away. The bacon pieces on the pizza looked so old I thought it was sausage. Every single bite of the premade pepperoni pizza was straight fatty bacon….no meat….they just added the fatty pieces and added more cheese before reheating it to make it look like they made a new one. If the company can’t afford real bacon with actual bacon meat then why is that an option at all? Strange.

I ordered delivery food and only received half my order so I contacted the store and they never called me back. So then I asked for a refund and have been continuously avoided by the store so I contacted customer service using the chat support where Pizza Hut said they would refund it and I received an email confirming it. I never received the refund so I contacted the store again, who said my card was now “locked” when there was money in it and there was no reason it should have locked. Now my case is in a loss department so I don’t know when I’ll receive my refund. I had my order ID, Phone number, email, and everything for my order. It’s impossible to contact a person outside of the store I ordered from. There is only a Chat support. It’s unacceptable that Pizza Hut doesn’t have a customer service representative to speak with about this. If I could give no stars, I would. I’ll never be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Pizza Hut is a staple in every city and often gets overlooked. The Pizza Hut in Elizabeth City blew me away. It is hands down the best Pizza I have had since moving here 3 years ago. We had the Super Supreme Thin Crust and it was cooked perfectly. The crust was crisp and the topping plentiful and fresh. This is now my go to Pizza place!!

Pepperoni pizza and bread sticks were amazing. Placed order prior to arrival and waited at least 15 to 20 minutes in the parking lot for curbside pickup to bring the food to our vehicle.

If you’re craving Pizza Hut bad enough take the drive to Edenton. The EC location doesn’t care about the quality of food that they serve. Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten.

Pizza was pretty good. Would go back for pizza, but because this was the second time trying PH, we will never go back because of the customer service. We don’t know what is going on with the personality of a certain female employee. Pizza was ordered online. A pickup order by my husband. He came back saying it was the same server as last time and she is hateful and rude. Even raised her voice to him when he asked for the paid sides of garlic butter. Expression and voice expressing anger and frustration. Telling him angrily that they were in the box with the pizza. I tried to say that maybe she was having a bad day or a bad life or bad news. He said it was the same woman from over a month ago with the same attitude. She just hates me I guess. So, yep. No more pizza from PH for this house. Not from EC.
