Plenty of street parking when we arrived. Walking in, the space was larger than I was expecting and full or sunlight and plants. Even a small pool table and play area for kids. Variety of seating options to choose from. Friendly staff/owners that made the delicious hot latte. Nice variety of drinks to choose from. Individual bathrooms that were clean and spacious.

Amazing atmosphere, Danielle was awesome to work a drink with – I got the Vanilla Latte with Strawberry BOBA!!! FOR $5 (6 with the tip) UNREAL GOOD! The space looks perfect for some laptop work as well!! This is like Starbucks on steroids!!

I went to spire for the first time last week and had a really enjoyable experience. I had one of my kiddos with me and met up with a friend and her two kids too.
There was a small kitchen play area for the kids, but there was a big open space for the kids to play as well.
People were in the shop working or on their computers and thankfully had headphones or AirPods in so they couldn’t hear the kids.
But I didn’t feel like we were an inconvenience at all! The gal working was so kind and treated us like she was an old friend.
I got a black coffee which is my favorite drink, and my friend got the Nathaniel which was very good too!
We will definitely be back again soon!

My test is always ordering a hot, lavender and vanilla latte. Most places get the balance off by quite a bit. Spire Drink Co was spot on with the balance of flavors, the temperature of the coffee and the smoothness of the drink. The owners, Nicolas and Danielle were welcoming, attentive, and truly want to make a great experience for every customer. The shop itself is open, a lot of natural lighting, and just an overall great place to relax, work or meet a friend. This is now my official coffee/drink shop . You should make it yours as well. Always enjoy supporting local businesses.

So excited that Spire opened up in Knoxville. Our barista was really helpful and cheery. The space was incredibly clean and charming, and I would happily hang out here on the comfy seating while I eat and sip. And of course, the coffee, overnights oats, croissant, and Thai iced tea were all so delicious! And I can’t say how glad I am to be able to get boba around here. Thanks for a great experience!

The modern aesthetic, is very calming and pleasant. The shops beautiful and relaxing atmosphere makes the desire to stay and enjoy the amazing cold and hot drinks they sell. I personally had an iced boba thai tea, which i found refreshing and delicious, ( i loved the tapioca pearls in my drink, creating the illusion of a snack and a drink ) I also had the chocolate croissant which melted in my mouth and tasted so good (i am a sweets person)! The owners were so friendly, creating a relaxing environment.
I highly recommend coming and checking out this Quaint little spot.
