Foods good. They just need to teach service.
Went in at 9pm. Something simple, simple easy. Unbeknownst to me, they had a large catering order to do. The lady with the pink hair asked if I was in for a pick up. When I said no, then she short of asked me not to order. Then when I offered to leave, she was caught between a rock and a hard place. Then proceeded to ask if it was goin to be a large order or not.
Just tell me if you have a catering order and ill come back on a later day. Dont make the customer feel unwelcome.

Ever miss NFL Sunday kickoff? A man and his son need to eat too. Luckily I ordered two subs in advance with an estimated pickup time of 12:40pm. It’s 1:00pm as I’m typing. Listen those staff are working very hard, this review is NOT addressed to them. It’s your systems, if you simply built in 20 minutes into the pickup time, I wouldn’t be typing this review, in my car, hungry, and missing kickoff. Normally I would brush this off. However, my son is involved. And that’s why you will hear from me further. Have a fantastic Sunday. P.S. They should sell Snickers bars at the counter, take look at what Firehouse is now known for: WAITING. Thank god this firm does not actually fight fires, lol.

It’d be nice if the orders were ready on time. The store wasn’t even busy It would also be nice if they were made correctly. It too would also be great if my hot sandwich or toasted whatever you want to call it was at least lukewarm and I was standing there as it was finished being made. Although I immediately drove it home 8 minutes away it’s always still warm when I get home but this time it was as if it wasn’t even toasted or warmed. Come on guys do better

Staff was friendly but didn’t place my order correctly. The hot sub I ordered was cold and the basic cold sub had no cheese. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a correct sandwich. It comes off as pure laziness, as they were NOT busy.

INCORRECT HOURS!!!! I am still owed a refund for an order I never received, and this location has been impossible to get in contact with.
I placed a mobile order after confirming the restaurant was open—both the Firehouse Subs app and Google listed the store as opening at 9:00 AM. When I arrived to pick up my order, the restaurant was closed, with lights off and doors locked. The hours posted on the door show the store actually opens at 10:00 AM, creating a clear discrepancy from what was listed online.
Because I had a flight to catch, I had no choice but to leave, without food and with money already taken out of my account.
I contacted Firehouse Subs customer support and was told that the refund must be issued by the restaurant directly. However, this location does not answer the phone, and I live out of state, so returning in person is not an option.
It’s unacceptable that I have to jump through hoops to get my money back, all because this franchise location failed to list accurate hours. At this point, I feel robbed. I will be escalating this matter to corporate leadership and sharing my experience publicly until this issue is properly resolved.

My lady and I walked into this establishment Dec.20th on a Saturday night close to 8pm. It was empty at the time and this would be our first experience with Firehouse . I didn’t know what to expect but the commercials finally drove us there. The guy at the counter was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed. The subs were ridiculously good! It’s all my lady and I could talk about as we dined. No disrespect, but it made me want to go throw eggs at the windows of Subway and Jersey Mike’s…lol.

Pineville, NC location never listens to what is asked of them by the customer. They prepare the customer’s sandwich as if they’re eating it themselves. The bread is always hard, not fresh. The best location is Tega Cay, NC.

Wow just wow. I placed an online order for a steamer which nowhere on the planet does it ever come with lettuce tomato and onions. My autistic child unfortunately will not touch this they will not refund my order yet want me to drive back to the store to be refunded for an order I placed online with a card I paid online.
