Even though it took 20 minutes to make my burrito, I had to put this review in because as far as I can tell, there was a lady there doing a much larger percentage of the work than had it all been evenly distributed amongst a crew.
When I was there waiting for the food, somebody came in for their shift and the nice lady that I was just talking about said the following to them.
“ Oh my God I’m so happy to see you “
I’m fairly sure she said this because some folks don’t want to be working and barely do. Like I totally get it, probably not getting enough money to put anything towards the 401(k) or whatever but whether it’s a restaurant or garage or a baseball team everybody’s gotta play.
It is Sunday, February 15 at 4:15 PM- If you are the manager or owner, please figure out who she is and maybe give her a raise. You can tell she cares about what she does and for other people.
This is just my perspective. I haven’t been there all day. I was just just a snapshot though what I could figure out while I was there making my purchase.

The Prince Frederick location is always consistent unlike Solomon’s. The food is quick, affordable, and you know exactly what you’re getting every time. It’s a solid spot when you want something fast and reliable.

I wasn’t gonna leave a bad review …. However, I’m not gonna finish my meal because it’s pretty gross. Three tacos, Two of them were mostly lettuce and beans and then one was a ton of meat with nothing else…. I did not order them special like that. I also received a chicken taco that was just Gross. I was gonna suck it up until I started to eat the cinnamon twist, the three orders that I got of them. I’m a little obsessed with them… But they were so rancid from the oil. Could not eat them. I know the late shift sucks… But you gotta find people that like it… I’m not gonna get food from this place for a while…. I’ll give it another shot in six months

To the crew at this location (Prince Frederick)around 4:45pm today (8/14/25)… you handled the dinner rush like pros! A line of cars at the drive thru, like 4 people inside waiting; I don’t know how many employees were working, but everyone kept their composure and kept pushing out those orders! THEY ROCKED THE TACO WORLD!
And those tacos were fresh, full, and goooooood. Might’ve had to wait a hot minute to get them, but still convenient to not have to cook! Lol!

holy, i waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes only for all the food to be stale and cold. like i get it but come on this is insane the line didn’t move at all for 25 minutes. i’ve never once gone to this taco bell and been out of the line in under 20 minutes. very annoying and ik it’s not the employees fault i’m gonna blame management. I HATE THIS TACO BELL!

Service absolutely sucks. The line takes forever while employees are yelling and goofing off in the kitchen. The guy at the window had no respect, no looking, no “have a good one”, nothing. Even saw an employee burn a receipt on the press that I suppose is for quesadillas or crunch wraps. I love Taco Bell but this is the only one close to my house and the service sucks.

If I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars I absolutely would! We waited in the drive through tonight for AN HOUR! Not exaggerating! We were told it would be a while once we got to the window to finally get our food because there was an order of 40 tacos ahead of us (mobile order) okay I get that but if there are 4 people working why am I waiting in line for an hour and still being told it’s going to be a while? Doesn’t make sense to me!! Also they forgot some of our food after that long wait so we still had to go back inside for that. Pitiful! This Taco Bell has gone so far downhill! Skip this location if you can! Not worth the money or time!!!

I stopped in for a steak chalupa. I always use the dining room for carry out. Theyre normally quick. The drive through line was longer than normal. No one in line and I was out in under 5 minutes. My man hooked me with a fresh chalupa shell. They are awesome fresh. It was delicious. The chalupa is a little pricey, but worth it. The staff are friendly. They have the order kiosks now. Will try one next time.
