Worst place ever. I went in ordered a three-piece chicken combo with a leg and two thighs and a sweet tea and got an unsweet tea and the chicken was the smallest I’ve ever seen in my entire life and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and just laughed

I ordered a five piece chicken with sides. The biscuit was perfect. The french fries, hot and fresh. The mashed potatoes were good and hot but the container was only half full. Now to the chicken , I have never seen or received this small of chicken pieces. The chicken legs are smaller than the chicken wings, and the thighs were barely the size of a chicken wing. The spicy legs were dried out and can be seen from first look. It was really disappointing to see. I’ve been to other chicken establishments and big chain grocery stores and they’re nowhere near this small.
Overall disappointing to see same prices but smaller size prices. I highly recommend you look at what you’re getting before you leave.

This place has been consistently disgusting every time we have gotten food here. We went the last year without going at all because it was so awful. Decided to try again and now know that was a mistake. The shrimp was so overcooked that it was practically just the coating and the shrimp inside had practically cooked down to nothing. The chicken was dry and chewy. The fries were any empty dry casing of what was once potatoes. This location has some serious management problems and needs to get it fixed soon. It shouldn’t be that hard to fry some food. Everything tasted as though it had been cooked twice. Not to mention that they always mess up our order. Never again, Popeyes. Never again.

Ordered two 3 piece tender combos and got home (30 minutes away might I mention) to find one of my tenders looked like this. Really Popeyes? This is disgusting, not to mention the price of the food and still being hungry from the chinchy portions afterwards and losing one of the three strips due to this. Absolutely disgusting. Also the staff when I ordered at the drive through was rude. Will not return to this location.
