Their coffee is really good, however it took some time to make the breakfast sandwiches and avocado toast. The breakfast sandwich wasn’t made correctly the first or second time. I also ordered a chocolates glazed donut and got a chocolate frosted donut. The management was definitely not organized. The most pleasant part of my experience was ordering the food as it was taken down correctly. Thank you DJ!

Pulled in the drive-thru at 8:45pm. Requested a large hot coffee. I was told that they closed at 9pm so they didn’t have anymore. I requested the brew a pot since they were open until 9pm. They told me things were cleaned up and they would not do that. I requested to speak to a manager but none were on duty. I requested their name so I could tell corporate who I spoke to when I called to complain. They refused to give it to me. So if you’re looking for coffee and it’s near closing time they will probably not serve you.

Place is very slow to get your order. Totally ridiculous. Waited over five minutes numerous times just to order and then another five minutes just to get a doughnut. Absolutely ridiculous I come down here for the month every year for hunting season and it’s the same thing every damn day.

Worst experience ever!! Did a mobile order, waited in line fore 20 minutes waiting to get with 1 vehicle in front of me. Watch 6 people just stand around and looked dazed and confused. Even got the vehicle in front of us order wrong. By the time we left there were no joke 9 cars behind us. The drinks are melted! We will never be back! That is a promise. There is no Exaggeration here.

Update: This place is usually pretty good (besides the wait times), but today this is what the doughnut (Boston creme) looked like when I took it out of the bag.
This place is a very big hit and miss, because sometimes it is great, and other times it is bad. This is due to which employees are there.

Wow, so many lackluster reviews for this Dunkin’. I would concur somewhat. Try not going on the weekend between 9 and 11, or you will be waiting a while. They do get slammed.
However, I feel they have improved a bit over the years. I used to avoid this location entirely because coffee drinks tasted too bitter to me. Not anymore. On the other hand, I usually only order iced coffee with hazelnut and cream, and I think I used to have more of an issue with their iced espresso drinks. But hey, I love my drink, and it’s made consistently every time. All of my food orders have been good also.
In my personal experience, I find that the drive-through is better in terms of getting things in a timely manner.

I’m not sure what to tell you aside from that it’s a crapshoot if you’re getting in and out quickly. Staff get overwhelmed easily and you can hear them complain behind the counter.

Every time I go to Dunkin they mess up my order then act rude to me for asking them to change it.. one day they messed up my order of three things( messed them all up) then continued to blame it on a new worker.. I even try to go at different times and that doesn’t seem to help something is always messed up
