First and last time I bought a bunch of large drinks to play monopoly and once I received and had payed for them they don’t have the monopoly play. Manager that Lunch time didn’t make up for a refund or satisfied my order just didn’t care. I’m thinking they pocket the monopoly play cups to there advantage. I wasn’t alone as my coworkers order 3 large drinks a piece for the same reason and unhappy with that issue.

8/10 times the food is very well made and fresh. They have GREAT service and are very kind. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and cozy. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to before.

Great place to bring the kids to run out all that energy and get a bite to eat. Has a playground area inside. They do tend to focus on drive-thru over the front counter, unfortunately. Also, a great place to go for that nostalgic McDonald’s birthday party.

Older Lady at the window giving orders couldn’t read or comprehend what I was telling her. Simple order A regular sized mcflurry m&ms and a strawberry banana smoothie. At first she ask me if I had a diet coke? already not knowing what’s going on or where she’s standing. I say no it’s a mobile order, usually you look at the TV and know what the next order should be? I guess she can’t understand that she has eyes. I get the wrong mcflurry size and flavor. Giving me attitude for her mistake, very unprofessional and annoying to deal with.

If I spend 15 dollars at a fast food restaurant, 1/2 cent condiments should come free with my meal. If I ask for 4 ranches, it shouldn’t be a 2 dollar upcharge, absolutely ridiculous if this is a new McDonald’s policy they’re in the wrong.

Atmosphere here is very relaxing in the lobby in the mornings staff is very friendly always asking if I needed anything food came out promptly and fresh 5 stars for this mcdonalds
