I had a chicken hash browns bowl and some of the chicken wasn’t done. I’m not a complainer and I had a waffle too so I ate the waffle. I probably should have said something but I was enjoying the conversation with the friend I went there with and the servers were really nice.

Cookers had negative energy from the start. You can tell they hate their job. My food wasn’t right and it tasted so bad that I asked the waitress to take it off my ticket because I was not gonna eat it. She was a great waitress. I made sure I left her a tip. But the cookers need to do way much better.

I went in with my one year old to eat breakfast and there wasn’t a place to sit because no one had clean up from the last people that was there. There wasn’t one booth not clean. The bar seats hadn’t been clean either. I love this place but dang you see a mom standing waiting for a seat and still do nothing is really disrespectful. This waffle House in Fayetteville was awesome The servers were, efficient, courteous, and kind. The food was excellent and my coffee was terrific. I will be coming back. The added plus is the place was clean me and orderly even on a crowded day. Sitting was done promptly and orderly. Thanks again to all of you that serve at the waffle House You guys were terrific

We always go after soccer on Saturdays. This Saturday we were told there were about to leave. That took about 15 minutes but we waited anyway. Two were in front of us then when the third table came up the hostess gave it to someone she knew that came in after we did. The hostess didn’t check names off, didn’t check who was next, just gave it to friends. If you are going to get names then go by your list. No more saturdays for me. I like the food. The service has been okay. I also tip well, even if the service isn’t good because I know servers need every penny they can get. But until the hostess learns to use the list. I will not be back.

I have ordered over light eggs for 30 years. When my eggs were delivered the yolk was OK but the white part was liquid. I showed the waitress that the white was still runny and she said that’s what over light is if I wanted the whites cooked I should order over medium. I have eaten at plenty of waffle houses and NEVER had liquid eggs delivered to me and told me I ordered wrong. Also food is never delivered at same time so when you get all the food some of it is cold. I just don’t have a need to spend $15 for mediocre food and service. Will find a new breakfast place!

I just wanna take the time to give a shout out to this location. I’m not sure why their rating is already bad because mine and my husband’s experience was nothing more than perfect. The food was on point. We work 2nd shift and live in pulaski so after work I was craving waffle house because I’m burnt out on the only 2 places open in our town that late at night. After work friday night on 9/5/25 we went to the fayetteville waffle house. It was around 2am. The cook made some of the best fried and scrambled eggs (over easy) I’ve had in a long time. The steak was cooked exactly as I requested but the meat wasn’t that great due to the type of steak used which has nothing to do with the cook. I wish they still offered the t-bone. The waitress was very friendly and on top of recommendations and any questions I had. She reminded me of what real customer service use to be before people just stopped caring about doing their job. Working with the public is definitely one of her strengths. The whole staff was friendly from the time we walked in to the time we left. No one made us feel like an inconvenience. It was a very welcoming and comfortable environment. Today it’s honestly hard to find good customer service but at the fayetteville waffle house that doesn’t seem to be a problem. I can’t speak for the other shifts but the crew we encountered are definitely employees that should be recognized and appreciated by upper management. You’ve got an awesome group. Thanks again to the cook for the great food and we will definitely be back. Wish yall were closer to pulaski. And the prices are super affordable which is hard to find nowadays.

Been here a few times now. Food was hot, accurate, and the staff were very friendly and kept checking out us – kept our drinks filled.
My only gripe, and it’s not really even a complaint, they should have made this place bigger. We have got the ‘last table available’ all 3 times we have been here.
