This is one of the best Wendy’s in the area. Nice and modern, very clean and bright. The manager is awesome, she gave me a free small frosty swirl, so I could try one of the new flavors.

I have gone to this Wendy’s before with no problems. The food was always hot and the drinks were nice and refreshing. This time though, my burger was dryer than normal and the fries were drowning in salt. The Coca-Cola option for the machine was all out except for the normal kind. All those slightly put me off yet wasn’t what angered me the most. One of the employees on duty (I think it was the manager) had some extreme attitude towards me when I kindly said they forgot the drink for my meal. She looked at me annoyed and gave me my drink. She then walked away after I asked for my sauce as well and she only turned around after one of the other kind employees said I needed something else. She came back and said they are out of that sauce with an annoyed (again) voice. The restaurant is clean and modern yet sometimes has a slight puddle of water on the ground and it is very cold inside as if it is a freezer. Why don’t they save some money by putting the ac at a normal temp? I recommend to sit outside…

It was late I was the only customer and it took forever to get my food so I honked to remind them I’m still waiting and they came running with food and I was like “it better still be hot” meanwhile they gave me extra nuggets and sauce for the trouble. I was honestly shocked by the behavior of the manager, Amari Dunbar in the Night Shift, As a customer, I witnessed him being extremely rude to his employees, especially the old age staff members. He was dismissive, raised his voice, and even threw things toward them in a very disrespectful way. It was upsetting to see someone in a leadership position treat people like that. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment.

I can’t say enough good things about this Wendy’s location, especially the incredible team and their outstanding manager, Michelle. The restaurant is always clean and well-organized. The tables and counters are spotless, and the entire space feels well-maintained. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience.
The food is always fresh and delicious, but what truly sets this location apart is Michelle. She is, without a doubt, the best fast-food manager I’ve ever seen in action. She genuinely cares about her customers, her team, and the restaurant itself. I don’t do a lot of reviews and certainly not for fast food, BUT they are amazing here! I only get the rare kids meal for my boys and every time it’s the coolest toy. I don’t know anything about franchises and if they have certain toy packages they can purchase or what that looks like but it seems like they purchase a high tier toy package option. Even if that sounds silly. Also, every employee we have come in contact with is super nice. We love it there!

Not worth it. We were the only customer in the drive through. No one in line. Our food came out ice cold. I stopped going to the other Wendy’s because of the food being old and poor customer service, but tried this one because my son asked to stop by and it is a brand new location. What a waste of money. They definitely served us old pre-made food. The first thing I noticed was the bag was cold and sure enough so was the food. Why build a new location I could go a mile down the road for the same underwhelming experience. The lady at the window was nice but that was about it. Will definitely NOT be returning.

I have been here a few times through the drive through and Eduardo is the best ! He’s always so happy , caring ,talkative and after a long day at work such a friendly face to see . I don’t usually eat fast food but when I decide to this is where I go .I hate seeing all the negative posts ,cold food ..blah blah .either go out to a restaurant or cook food at home for your children they’re doing a great job!
