I have visited twice to the louisburg nc location. The young gentleman taking my order was so courteous and polite. He made sure my order was correct. I’ve visited many Zaxby location throughout Raleigh and this place hands down had the best customer service. My food was hot and fresh both visits. They made me feel like a welcomed customer!! Keep doing what you’re doing!! 10 out of 10.

This location consistently fails to get orders right. The most frequent problem is with extra sauce on the side. I clearly state I am willing to pay for it, and I am charged, yet it is rarely included in my bag.
On my most recent visit, I confirmed with the cashier that the sauce was charged and included. She assured me it was. When I drove off and checked, it was missing again. I returned, only to be told I needed to provide a receipt I was never given, and then I was charged a second time for something I had already paid for.
This reflects two major issues: poor order accuracy and unprofessional customer service. There is no system of double-checking orders, and the dismissive attitude from employees when addressing mistakes makes the experience even worse. This has happened repeatedly, which shows a pattern rather than an isolated mistake.

Heat was DEFINITELY working. Way hot in there. Food was good….but service was slow. One couple waited so long to place their order that they left and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Shouldn’t have been that long of a wait for them to order.
And a HUGE roach was crawling across the floor.

I drive by Zaxby’s all the time and thought I would give them a try. Surprisingly, you cannot buy regular chicken like breast wings and thighs. They only serve fried Chicken fingers. I ordered the chicken fingers but was not impressed. “Meh” described the food. Disappointing considering the competition. Everything had to be ordered separately. There were no “meal” options, making it more expensive and not a great value. The hire help was fine and the restaurant was overall nice for fast food. Too bad their food doesn’t meet or exceed expectations.

Drive thru messed up my order, charged for fried pickles but didn’t add them. I asked for ranch for the wings and salad, no dressing to be found. No straws for drinks and no other condiments requested. It took a long time to bring an order for a fast food place. The wings not only taste awful, they are the sorriest skinny dry wings I have ever had .

These kids are literally just hanging out at this place, not working. Girl with the piercings and the kid cooking in the back are even worse and take about 45 minutes to put a small order together. They just lie and say there’s a truck out back they’re waiting on while the parking lots empty. Never seen such a poor work ethic and bad attitude. As everyone says, they need to restaff or shut this place down because it’s not working.

Paid 32.00 for two salads. The lettuce was warm, tomatoes just a few small slices that were soggy. Not even a full egg in the cod salad as well. No one tries anymore. Wasting money for crap again. It’s like all the fast food in this town is like this. Waited a minute too.
