Great diner to eat at. Just opened in June of 2025 right next to the Comman Man. Prices are very reasonable, its very family friendly, and clean. There is usually a waot in the moring, so you will have to put your name in and wait for your place until they text you. Im mentioning it because if you have a party with children you can prepare for a possible wait. The food is worth it, and the portions are generous. Definitely a spot you should check out if you are in Lincoln.

Stopped at the Lincoln Diner this past weekend for a late breakfast with a large group. We ended up having the best experience with our waitress Jamie, she took excellent care of us and made the whole experience fun for all of us, so many laughs! She ended up coming in for a later shift and we had such a great time we ended up coming back for dinner and were lucky to have her as our server again. Nevermind the food was excellent, plus got the strawberry shortcake for dessert… YUM! Will definitely be back!!

Service and staff were the best – Evie our waitress and Jean the hostess (both so nice), especially because it was busy and they have only been open 2 months. Fun atmosphere, old diner with history . Food was good, maybe a few tweaks pancakes a little dry but they give you an option for pure maple syrup – yum! NH farmhouse breakfast was awesome but forgot to take picture!

Really good breakfast spot. Food was yummy, portions were generous. They definitely fuel you for your day. We had Sarah who was great, really glad we got sat with her. One of the bread choices is a biscuit… pick the biscuit! It was so good, I couldn’t shut up about it all breakfast. Glad we came here before our day on the mountain.

Food and everything was great. The upselling at every turn really soured our meal. All my kids got asked if they wanted syrup for their pancakes. Of course they do- who doesn’t.(no explanation that “special” syrup was 2 dollars more and better we could notice there is syrup on the table). And asking my 7 year old if she wanted to add bacon. Of course kids will say yes to about anything. With no knowledge of the cost.
And my son knew exactly what he wanted but got his food more expensive because he thought the questions came with the meal. He just wanted strawberry pancakes and he got talked into blueberry pancakes with strawberries on top. (More money)

Unfortunately our nice breakfast turned into making sure we didn’t spend 30 dollars more on stuff we didn’t want in the first place.

So happy we were able to eat at Lincoln Diner. As soon as we found out it was a part of the common man chain/family, we knew it was going to be excellent!! Our Server, Josh was attentive and friendly all throughout our meal. We had a great experience eating here. The menu was huge and we really enjoyed the old school vintage atmosphere. It was very neat to discover from our server that the train car was once functional, then brought down to lincoln and converted to a functional seating area at the diner! Definitely added to the experience! The food was delicious, hot and served quickly! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy new spot with great food !

Came in on 10/31 around 1:30 and the service from Brian was immaculate! From the moment we first step foot inside the doors to getting our check and leaving he was attentive, conversational, and just so kind. The food was top tier and the best food I’ve had so far being in Vermont. You have got to get the English muffins and try the syrup. Canada doesn’t have anything on this place for the syrup.

Amazing!! Best service ever! Our waitress was top notch, very personable. On top over everything, made the experience wonderfull. Food was great, good portions, service was fast. Atmosphere was a blast from the past I loved it! Highly recommend!!

My son said our waitress (forget her name, she said she was from RI) was the best waitress he’s ever had. She was so funny and warm, made good recommendations and seemed to genuinely enjoy working. The food was so good, braised beef Mac and cheese bites were incredible. We came back for dinner and they accommodated a request for an item not on the menu which was really kind, they didn’t have to do that.
