Spent almost half hour in line . Got home max and cheese was ice cold mind u we have NO power which is why we went to arbys spent almost 50$ for cold food and the hamburger wasn’t cooked fully and raw . I have two young children would couldn’t even eat their food and we’re out of power so wouldn’t go back .

The review isn’t so much about the restaurant as it is a worker. I was in there today around 6:30/7 PM. The young man working, named Vinny was super polite, very personable, and just over all provided excellent customer service. He struck up a conversation with me while waiting for my food and he was wonderful to talk to. Shout out to Vinny for providing awesome customer service

After years of not going to this place. We finialy decided to try them again. They are out of roast beef? What? Your core menu item? Maybe less focus on all the other items that your not good at and back to the ROAST BEEF THAT PUT YOU ON THE MAP.

I ordered brisket sandwich, fries and a drink. The sandwich was not good. It was tough, fatty and did not taste good. I just threw it in the trash and left without bothering them at the counter. Order person was not welcoming.
