I’ve literally never had a problem with an order at this location before today. It was my daughter’s first day of pre-k and I brought her here for food and to play. I always ask for sauces on the side and there’s never an issue— it’s literally on the app to be ordered. Today I had one of the workers come up to my family after we ordered on the app and spent over $40, to ask “if we really needed all these sauces” and after I told her yes, she asked again and then stormed off. This is wild behavior to me, even from a McDonald’s employee.

Went through drive thru at 5:15 on Sunday night with a car full of hungry family. Service was fast, large food order was correct, and girl handing us our food was very nice and seemed to really care that we had a good experience. Great job!

Had a really great experience at this McDonald’s! It wasn’t busy for Easter morning, so we stopped by before heading to church! The service was fast and food was tasty. My husband ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich meal and I ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich meal. Simple go – to breakfast! We love they have a kids play place here like when we were growing up! So cool! We don’t see them in many McDonald’s. We will return another time before church!

we went through the drive-through and the service was slow even though we were the only ones there. while taking our order we could clearly hear lots of yelling in the background which definitely made it hard for the girl taking our order to hear and made it quite frustrating for both her and us. we ordered fresh cookies which i know can sometimes be a hassle but regardless we were fine with waiting and expecting to do so. as we went through the line, the yelling got louder and louder. The gentleman at the window had no idea what we ordered even though again, we were the only car in line. we could clearly see a crew member yelling at whichever manager was on duty and she was doing so right in our line of sight at the window. All we got was two drinks and some cookies. and honestly, the experience was horrible and as a former employee of this franchise, I know that it’s wrong, and I felt like something had to be said. I really hope that this is brought to the attention of the owners and or the store manager.

Ordered inside and it took 30 minutes to get our order and a million people went through the drive through before we got ours. Our food was not hot and didn’t have ice in the ice machines either. Customer service was not good, did not acknowledge us once and did not apologize for the wait time either.

Right off the interstate. Baby changing tables and a kids play place. Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. A good stopping point if you’re on the road and need a place for the kids to expend some energy.
