I came here with my daughter today, I don’t usually frequent this location but we happened to be in the area. I have been wanting to try the SpongeBob meal and after 3 attempts at other locations, I finally found it here. The gentlemen that took my order was nice and professional, our food was well put together and hot and the lobby was clean. It was quiet and we enjoyed a little break for a bite to eat. Kudos to the staff working today 12/27/25 @ 11:30am!

They forgot my son’s burger in the bag which I didn’t realize until o got home. So of course I gave my son my food. Come back later to get what they missed and they were not even willing to make my order the way I wanted. When it’s their fault the order was messed up. Unbelievable. You would think this comes directly out of their check.

1 TRIO….JR. WHOPPERS 3 EXTRA ONION.

We live 5 miles away.
We got home.
WE DIDN’T HAVE OUR WHOLE ORDER.
MISSING 1 BIG FISH.
DROVE BACK FOUND OUT THAT THE MISSING SANDWICH WAS THERE.
I’M NOT ACCUSTOMED TO DRIVING BACK BECAUSE WE’RE MISSING A SANDWICH.
THEY KEPT TELLING ME TO CALM DOWN.
I TOLD THEM THAT I WASN’T THE ONE WHO SCREWED UP.
CALM DOWN.
I WANTED A REFUND ON THE MISSING SANDWICH.
NOTHING WITHOUT THE RECEIPT.
DIDN’T HAVE THE RECEIPT.
THEY DIDN’T PUT THE RECEIPT IN THE BAG.

Horrible experience with the girl with the fake blue wig. She had an arrogant attitude from the moment she saw us, she just rolled her eyes at us, as if she hated working there. I hope that one day they hire people who actually want to work there.

Food is fine and usually comes relatively quick but my main issue is the employees. Good lordy some of them are just so rude for absolutely no reason, and I mean that. I really do have a lot of respect for fast food workers and if you’re not the happiest worker in the world while taking my order that’s completely fine, but having an attitude and just overall being mean is not good. And some employees are fine but whenever I go to this Burger King I come with the expectation that an employee is gonna be slightly or just downright mean.

Not sure why so much hate at this BK. I eat here often enough and have never had a bad experience. Thank you to the drive through employee who handed us these really cute and kind crowns!!! You really touched my heart!

Who ever the night manager is white guy with a bunch of tattoos he is so rude and disrespectful I order 2 chicken fries I asked for ranch he gave me 1 packet of ranch I asked for 2 more and he said I have to pay for them I said ok I’ll pay for them and then he told me he wasnt going to ring them up cause im holding up the line corporate needs to train him better

Never looks like the commercial, but should at least look better than this. My chicken sandwich is literally drowning in mayonaise. Guy thought it was funny I had to ask for a knife, maybe he knew I would need it to scrape off the mayo. Good note, they at least got my sons picky whoppers correct.
