Delicious Pizza! Simply delicious! My husband went to Zachary’s six years ago and he’s been talking about it ever since. Now, in our trip to SF, I had the chance to taste it and yes, it’s the type of pizza you remember for a lifetime! Greetings from 2 argentinian fans

Zac’s are known for their deep dish pies. And they are super good.
But I’ve just learned that they make tasty thin crust pizzas too. I took home a pepperoni the other day that rivaled any New York style pizza anywhere.
The Grand Avenue location has easy parking and the interior is pretty cool.
Matt says the Zachary’s deep dish Special is king but if you want a thin crust pizza some time, go to Zac’s

Wasn’t expecting much but the spinach and mushroom is a must have! The vibe and the place makes you feel cozy and welcome, only two downsides are the fountain drinks and the reduced space when it’s packed. 9/10 would recommend.

Order a side salad. Which was decent size. Then had I deep dish vegetarian stuff, which is a marinara sauce on top. They just put way too much marinara sauce on top of their Pizza. Of which I didn’t care for. They have a variety of deep dish.Pizza to choose from. As well as a happy hour in the afternoon. Service was good. And ordered a glass of chardonnay.

For deep dish Chicago style pizza this spot is one of my favorites! The Carne deep dish and add artichokes is the way to go and they are generous with the cheese!
Let me say that I do not order any pizza with red sauce unless I know for sure the sauce is amazing
But this place I don’t need make any changes besides adding the artichokes 🙂
The sitting area is just enough for a busy crowd the pictures on the wall are classic with a Zachary twist!
The staff is cool, hip and helpful all in all great I don’t usually give 5stars but this place got it right maybe I need to go to Chicago to make comparison;)

So delicious!!!! BF took me here and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Ordered the bbq chicken with their sauce on the top. Guy working there was super nice, even cut and served the slices. Wait wasn’t too bad since they were pretty empty but he did mention it took a while. I could only do a slice. The half of the second induced the food coma. I cannot wait to go back!

This pizza was absolutely phenomenal! The marinara for the appetizer was great! My kids normally hate tomatoes, but they loved this pizza! I thought it would be overwhelming myself, but it’s almost as if they are stewed prior to mixing it with the sauce. Making for an extremely soft texture that pairs well with sauces texture. Zachary’s is a must try!

As a Chicago transplant, I love Zachary’s and have been coming here for decades. I also just had amazing customer service experience here. I called in a pizza order on Saturday night. Somehow it accidentally got cancelled. These things happen. This place is a busy establishment and someone screwed up an order. But they made good on it and quickly turned what could have been a frustrating experience into even more loyalty and appreciation for this business. Thanks Zachary’s and manager Juan.

Wish this place was closer to home! The food is excellent, the service is so kind and attentive, the atmosphere is lively, what’s not to love?! Our table of four got two thin crust pizzas, one deep dish pizza, and a Caesar salad, which ended up being a bit too much food but I’m not complaining☺️ We especially loved the deep dish pizza and surprisingly, also, the salad! Would come again in a heartbeat. (Picture is only of the thin crust pizzas)

I’ve gone to Zach’s several times over the last year for a slice during lunch. You can only buy whole pies outside of their lunch window, but they have really good pizza. It’s about $5-$6 a slice, but they’re huge slices. One slice is perfect with the salad and drink lunch special. Two slices and the average person will be stuffed. Would definitely recommend to others if you’re in the area. Service is solid and it’s a nice place to dine in or grab and go.
