Very exotic and exciting tastes for ice creams. Tried a bunch and had the best that we felt like having.

You can have a couple of samples for free but that’s tough to stop after those couple. So why not order a non-kids cup and mix another couple of varieties to satisfy the taste buds .

Service with smile encourages you to experience the fun of it all. Awesome place indeed.

Sorry – we dug into the ice cream with so much fast, didn’t get to take even one pic .

I do not like gluten free food but I decided to give the bakery goods from Gati a try in hopes of changing my mind. Gluten free food is still nasty.

– The Double Chocolate Brownies had a nasty taste to it. Not all brownies are fudgy but no brownie should ever be powdery.
– The Strawberry Crumble Bar had a graham cracker like bottom layer, slightly sweet and sour strawberry middle layer, and the top layer was like dust.
– The Cowboy Cookie tastes like a hard, crunchy, gingerbread flavored cookie.
– The Banana Bread Square was not sweet and had a very light hint of banana flavor.
– The Blueberry Lemon Glaze Scone had a rubber texture to it but the blueberries were sweet.
– The Chocolate Dipped Macaroon was actually good. It tastes like coconut, chocolate and was sweet.

They have a lot of unique flavors, and everything is 100% vegan. The texture isn’t as creamy as regular ice cream, but the flavors and sweetness still come through. I liked that they had a self-serve water station too. They also sell pastries, ice cream sandwiches, and tubs you can take home.

We went with the flower waffle cone, which comes with two big scoops of ice cream ($12.50). They also added a 15% fair wage fee which sounded high, but it came out to be $1.88. The cone itself was soft instead of crunchy, and the pressed flowers looked pretty even though they didn’t taste like much. It still paired nicely with the ice cream and gave a contrasting texture.

For flavors, the Cookie Monster looked fun with its bright blue color but wasn’t as sweet as I thought it would be. The Pandan was the sweetest of everything we tried but still good, just definitely needed water after. The Texas Peach had the perfect level of sweetness and peach flavor. The Thai Coffee had bold flavors but wasn’t as strong as Vietnamese coffee. The Mint Chocolate Chip didn’t hit right though; my husband said it tasted weird.

A cafe vegan ice cream and sustainable practices? Count me in!
I got a kids cup of Horchata ice cream with a snickerdoodle cookie. Put half the ice cream on half the cookie, folded it in half, and made an ice cream sandwich. Would recommend! SO GOOD.

Cute cafe with some outdoor and indoor seating. Had the Australian meat pie with arugula salad and it was amazing. Great place for people with allergies. Whole menu is gluten free. Ingredients are clear. Ice cream flavors like pandan and horchata were delicious with great texture, and I want every day to include an affogato with their horchata ice cream. Took home a gluten free whoopie pie. Looking forward to trying that later.

Amazing little place. It’s the only place I’ve ever been able to get a dairy free affogato period but not only that they had Affogato flights!! I got to choose each of the different ice creams and they presented it so beautifully and I even got a cinnamon roll which they warmed up for me was so good. I had to get a couple of more treats to go with this will definitely be one of my go to places in Austin when I come back!

Great spot for coffee and tea! We didn’t get any food but I had the Winter Mocha with orange three days in a row because I loved it so much. Also had the Thai tea and it was great, and others in our group had peppermint mochas twice. Excellent service, as well.

Wow! That was one of the best mint chocolate chip ice cream I’ve had, and it’s dairy free like most of their items. I also had their cinnamon roll, chocolate chip and cowboy cookies. Definitely coming back when I visit Austin again.

Wonderful gluten free and dairy free selection. Friendly staff and fast service. Parking is a bit cramped and their seating is not comfortable. It’s also very loud inside the cafe.

Such lovely, kind staff an a sweet little nook of a location. I had the hojicha matcha and laksa, and then took three treats home for later — a s’mores bar, a pumpkin muffin, and a slice of coffee cake. Everything was delicious! The baked goods were moist, had deep flavors, were not too sweet, and were enjoyed thoroughly by GF eaters and gluten lovers alike. The laksa was spicy, creamy, and warming. I know folks think of gati for their ice cream, but as a lunch spot and cafe it shines.
