I was so surprised by how great this sushi spot was on my first visit! I got two rolls and grilled Gyoza. The Gyoza was even better than anything I’ve had in Metro-Detroit, which I wasn’t expecting. The sushi was also fantastic, each roll packed with fresh, high-quality seafood that was incredibly satisfying. I’m definitely coming back!

I honestly hate even being this person and leaving a review like this, but this experience was bad enough that I feel people should know.
We placed a simple pickup order ahead of time: 10 identical salmon rolls. We arrived exactly at the pickup time we were given, only to be told the order was wrong (they made tuna instead). Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, staff immediately blamed us and argued that we ordered it that way, even though it was the same order we’ve made for years.
They tried to push us to just take the wrong food. When we politely asked how long the correct order would take, we were told, “when they get to it.” No timeline, no effort to make things right — just attitude and hostility. Being argued with and spoken down to in front of other customers was embarrassing and completely unnecessary.
After waiting about 40 extra minutes, we finally got our food and left. When we got home and opened it, the sushi looked like it had been thrown together — soggy rice, messy rolls, uneven cuts, and overall sloppy quality. After everything that happened, it honestly felt like the food reflected the attitude we were given.
Mistakes happen — everyone understands that. What matters is how a business treats people afterward, and this place showed zero accountability or basic courtesy. Spending your hard-earned money somewhere should not end with feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and disappointed.
There are plenty of sushi options around. I would strongly recommend choosing another one.

We used to go to another sushi place nearby. Now we switch between as Sushi Kafe offers more spacious seating. The sushi is fresh and good. Could use more mix of sauces for some of the rolls.

This was my first visit. The inside is very clean, and they have ample seating. There are a lot of sushi choices and more options if you’re not looking for sushi. Our server was friendly and fast. I will go back. Great place.

Fantastic local sushi place in RH. Attentive servers and a diverse menu. We got the shrimp tempura and veggie tempura- super crispy and golden yellow, yum yum and Las Vegas rolls- 10 pieces each and the presentation and taste were delicious. There’s no alcohol at the establishment but plenty of other refreshments to choose from. Would def recommend!

Searching for good sushi? Or craving for some ramen? Or some Katsu Chicken? This is definitely one of the best spots around. Very delicious.
You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and that it’s also fresh made.
The service was also great. And the place was clean and nice, with lots of parking space. I’ll definitely be back soon. Loved it.

$15 for omurice and this is what you get. A brown piece of the thinnest scrambled egg you’ve ever had and a pile of absolutely flavorless “fried rice” with uncooked vegetables. This is garbage. Also the sushi was warm and incredibly “fishy” definitely not fresh.
