First time ever at Charley’s we don’t have them in the part of Italy where k came from, however l believe will be successful.

I went here 1st time try the phillie cheesesteak and they were good with fries and rootbeer . The cashier was nice and the worker bring out your food to your table for you, really friendly service. Thanks guys and see u next time…

Clear waterlocation arrived at quarter till 11 manager drug himself in there. At 5 minutes 11 open 5 minutes late went in order, my cheesesteak specifically told them no lettuce, tomatoes and Mayonnaise get back to my vehicle on my way home, lettuce, tomato and Mayonnaise, no ice in machines, no lemon. Willn Not return to the Clearwater location ever again. The 2 people that were working acted like they didn’t want to be there..

Pretty Good Food (I still think Countryside mall Location is better than this one) but overall good! I hate how you have to À la cart everything gets to be pricey doing it that way but other than that not disappointed and service was good!

Today I was at this store and I must say that the service and food are very good, but they have a very serious problem which is the lane on the order pickup side, it is in a very deteriorated state with potholes and that shame about the suspension of the cars. I would suggest and ask, please, that they repair that lane so I can shop on Drive True with peace of mind and not suffer mishaps with the vehicles, thank you.

Had lunch here and the manager was awesome he took real good care of us, he was very professional and cordial. The restaurant was very clean the quality of the cheese steaks here were hot and was of the best I’ve ever had. They brought the food to our table, we have been to other Charley’s for lunch and we enjoy it each time but this one is by far the best we’ve been to. We will be back!! Excellent service!!

My chicken Philly had very little chicken and not much on flavor. I got four garlic parmesan chicken wings and they were a little weird, big bone very little meat. See the attached photos. Also didn’t like the loud football game in Spanish on the TV.

My first and last time I’ll eat here. The cheesesteaks edible If you like Subway you’ll love it! Way overpriced a $4.50 up charge for cheese fries and a small soda. The canned cheese they put on the fries taste like it came from the dollar store… It’s gross! NOT worth $15 AND Definitely NOT the #1 cheese steak in the world!
