We stopped today and the food was very good, however don’t let anyone tell you this is fast food because in our experience the food was far from this. As in all BK’s and other restaurants I’m not a fan of kiosk ordering, obviously many like it but I find it very nerdy. lol. If in the area again I’d stop again to check out if their speed has improved, however as I’ve mentioned the food was good.

Terrible food and service, see photos of the charbroiled burgers, well not really! More like a light microwave moment, a raw meat substance, one tomato half! We ordered a pre big order for family and friends, a pre Super Bowl snacks Double Whoppers, single whoppers , o-rings, fries, cokes. Asked for well done everything, you can look at my pictures of our charbroiled surprises. Have a look at the pictures! Everyone said it was the ,,, ! Worst Burger you ever even tried to eat, meat was so not charbroiled , lightly microwaved substance was more like it, terrible, then when we complained about it the store manager was so rude to us! Avoid eating at this location for sure, rude manager, no polite offer to make the order right, manager said we don’t take complaints from customers at this location, and you better not complain about anything. I have never seen such unprofessionalism with a manager speaking to an employee on the floor in front of customers being rude and degrading showing a complete lack of respect we are not going back manager told her to go sweep the floors as she was doing the floors the manager then told her to go deep clean the bathroom. The young lady working the counter reassured me on how people should be… unfortunately I’m from California and I handed her what I thought to be 2 5’s and one $10 bill but gave her a $50 by accident and she promptly gave it back and said “here sir” my wife and I were just talking about the good people here about 3 minutes prior to coming here. God bless you and the great State of Arizona made me tear up.

Vince the manager calls out names for people but he leaves your food behind the counter, he called my name yet left my food sitting on the counter back behind the register and I was standing there waiting for my food for 10 minutes, other people were waiting too and getting angry. I ended up getting a refund but only got a partial refund because they messed up my refund, other people were getting refunds as well, the customer service over the phone is automated and will send you in an endless loop of automated bots.

I went her to order a Beyond burger. It was cooked to perfection. The staff are very friendly. I got a few chuckles with the employees. They made me feel so comfortable. The place is very clean inside and out. The bathroom was very clean as well.

Every Sunday when I come in the same kid, who’s somehow a manager, is posted up by the ice machine loudly playing TikToks on his phone. It takes the little champ a full 5 minutes to even realize a customer is starting at him.
