I stop at this McDonald’s maybe once a month. The manager is top notch when it comes to customer service. She is welcoming, accommodating and positive. The restaurant is always clean and they have fast service.

If I could give a negative i would i went through drive thur and was missing one of my sandwiches. I went inside and asked for my missing sandwich management came over and started yelling at me saying it was my fault which she was the one working drive thur poor management yelling so much everyone in restaurant was watching all this for a $5 sandwich I don’t understand how they received 5 stars on your web site

Many times of coming to this establishment the food has been old, cold, or the wrong food (nuggets, pies, fries). If you have an issue and bring it up to management you are treated with attitude. Asking for your money back is a big hassle. I now ask for my food to be “put down fresh” and offer to wait. Hospitality and food procedure is lacking. Managment blames it on new hires or short staffed everytime. Will be ordering elsewhere for a while.

Maggots/eggs in the burger. Absolutely unforgivable. My wife bit into this and screamed. Literally the first day back in town in 8 years and this is what we get. Thanks Albion.

I took my kids to grab a quick lunch and after my daughter bit into her 2nd chicken nugget she said, “eww mommy look at this!” I grabbed it and it Felt like a pus-filled sac. Once I parked the car, I put it in a napkin and popped it. The pictures show what it looked like. We are completely disgusted and will not be getting food from Mc Donald’s EVER again.
