We had the cheese filled crust cheese pizza, with honey barbecue chicken wings and cinnamon sticks, the food was good, we couldn’t eat because it was late and they were closing for Christmas Eve, but they were very respectful about it, and they were very friendly. The theme is classic, you gotta check them out.

My family and I visited the newly opened buffet at 5:00 PM and were shocked by the lack of food. With only four other customers present, the buffet had half a pizza, a few breadsticks, minimal pasta, and a salad that looked old.
We ordered fresh items, including pork-free pizzas due to religious restrictions, and waited 45 minutes for a single fresh item. When we asked about the wait and requested a small dessert due to the delay, the manager was dismissive, questioned the wait time, and then admitted our pizzas were made incorrectly with pork.
At that point, we declined remakes because we were unwilling to wait any longer. While the food others ate tasted fine, the service and management were unacceptable. We were told we wouldn’t be charged and given free drinks, which hardly made up for the experience.
I filed a complaint with corporate. We will never return to the Pizza Hut in Radcliff. Poor management and worse service.

Food was good. Place looked great. The guy that took the order couldn’t care less if a customer came in or not. I felt like I was bothering him. Just rude. I spent almost 50 dollars. This is the second time I’ve tried ordering from this location an hour ahead of time with an estimated 20-30 minute readiness time, then when I get there nothing is ready. Not only that but then I am there for ANOTHER hour waiting for my food to get cooked. I would say it’s a fluke, but it keeps happening. The staff is SO nice so I hate leaving a bad review but these are just facts. And today’s food is honestly gross. It looks plastic. The crust is nothing like the standard pizza hut crust that you expect. It’s weirdly flat and smooth, like a piece of naan or something. Even the breadsticks had a weird smooth, plastic like surface (visibily, not texture). I’m not sure I’ll give them another shot because this keeps happening and it always seems to be after I’ve been traveling all day and the last thing I want to do is wait at the restaurant for another hour to get food.

This place is the most disappointing Pizza Hut I have ever seen. The counter staff are rude, it took nearly 45 minutes to get 6 wings and a Pepsi. This evening, I had the best experience at Pizza Hut at 1215 N Dixie Hwy in Radcliff, KY 40160. Candice, the manager, told me about a new type of pizza called the “flat.” I ordered two (2) different types of these small, thin pizzas and they were both delicious! Furthermore, I got my food expediently. Moreover, Candice, the manager, was friendly and helpful so I really enjoyed talking to her while I waited. Notably, Pizza Hut will restart their buffet in the coming months. Given this plus the personable atmosphere I encountered, I plan to return, often, to this location. Thanks to Candice and her staff.

You’re going to get the red Booth.
